The might of Socialism in The Ryouese Empire, even though the economy was going into Capitalism, The Congress of The Ryouese Empire was highly Socialist. with FOUR socialist parties (The Ryouese Republican Socialists, The Maoists, The Reists and The Ryouese Revolutionaries) The Ryouese was more like The People's Republic of China then Imperial Japan.

Soon, it was decided to invite The leaders of The Nations of Wanderjar, Chernobl, Kanami, Bulgislavia and Rumanovia, along with other Socialist and Communist nations (all but Xult, who was NOT to be invited for many reasons) to a Large Meeting in Shai, the Ryou Black Islands in Red Sakura Hall, the HQ of The Ryouese Maoist Party.

The rise of Socialism would soon grow.

(You might want to support FPAR in my shattering point thread. They will change ralkovia into a soviet stronghold instead of a fascist one. Plus I sort of want to join this meeting)

We of the Free Workers of Ralkovia would like to attend this meeting. While Ralkovia is not socialist yet we are on are way. We would like to gain allies at this meeting to help promote a socialist ralkovia.

Mehmet Çeau recieved the invitation to travel to the The Ryou Black Islands. He was quite astounded and very flattered. He immediatly called in Humar Maneci, #2 in the government and Mehmets political Ally

"See for a tiny socialist nation of 5 million we pack quite a punch in the international arena! Look at this!" said Mehmet passing the invitation ot Humar

"I need you to be the acting head of Bulgislavia while I'm out of the country" continued Humar

"But Comrade... My trip to Kingarmy to the international festival, what is to become of that?" said Humar quite disapointed

"Oh I already instructed Cigouriva to deny your exit visa. This is much more important and I need a good Comrade I can trust to run the country. Without you I'm sure some counter revolution would occur or a coup! Comrade Humar this is an honor to be left in charge of Bulgislavia. Try to keep the details of my trip as secret as possable and be vague on how long I'll be gone and the dates of arrival and departure and instruct Cigouriva to spy on a list of people I will write up before I leave. Any sign of anybody on that list plotting a coup while the oppourtunity arrises while i'm out of the country have them eliminated" said Mehmet

"Ofcourse Comrade when will the list be ready?"

"Well I made an earlier draft, just go by that. Its in the top draw of the desk" Mehmet stood and walked out of the office

"This is yours while I'm gone... Dont do anything while I'm away all big dissisions will have to wait till I return" finished Mehmet

Mehmet was to take the private presidential jet. To accompany him was his personal camera man and His female aide Alina Peçerou as well as 4 body guards.

While the jet was in the air Mehmet wasted time viewing over reports of the number of Prisoners in the country both Political and non-political

"Yes... Look at this Comrade Peçerou, Only 500 Political prisoners out of 5.4 Million Bulgislavian's! The Cigouriva are doing a great job and it look good to the international community and keeps them quiet" said Mehmet Cheerfully

"Wait... But howcome the number of normal prisoners have increased dramatically?" said Alina

"Cigouriva did a report that in truth we have over 3,400 political prisoners. We stitch most of them up for regular crimes like theft and drug possesion which means we dont class them as political prisoners and so it keeps the outside world unaware and happy. Others are simply declared insane and locked in mental asylums. I think that was one of the problems of the Late Milencu's reign. Large numbers of political prisoners furthered the cause of the imperialists to invade last August"

Alina looked quite interested in what was being said

"Are there numbers for executions on there?" Asked Alina

"Oh yes..... Here it is here...... We have executed 23 people by firing squad since October 19th when I took power hmmmm"

"What is it Comrade?"

"That number is quite high.... The international community will be up our backsides if this gets out"

"Well what can we do about it?" said Alina

"Write a memo saying we reduce death row prisoners by half but reduce thier prison conditions and rations so we can class them as accidental deaths while in custody.... See my dear Alina there are always ways around these problems!"

Soon the Jet was coming into land

Kanami was invited once again by it;s old friend of the Ryou. As such it was ready to attend because it was a nice gesture to be invited. Elenore as her term drew to a close she was doing her last rounds of political gestures

Saiunko Minamoto, Grand Minister of The Ryou Black Islands and leader of The Revolutionary People's Party, was busy preparing for the start of The Meeting at Red Sakura Hall. It was well known that Ryouese had a habit of calling meetings while war was on, as The Ryouese were fighting The East Conagree in a war for control of Asia and Africa.

Miss Minamoto knew that the other Socialists and Communists would look down on Imperialism, bu The Ryouese knew to use imperialism to spread Socialism. Also, being friendly to the Capitalist nations would also spread Socialism and Communism

But The other reason of the meeting was not only to talk of ways to spread Socialist and Communist ideas, but to find out how to handle a few problems that were ruining the name of Socialism and Communism. The main problem was Xult, which was not good for the world's Socialist Nations.

Now the Ryouese were awaiting the guests.

Mehmet Çeau's jet landed. The door opened and at first 4 body guards. Dressed in black suits with black sun glasses and small pins on thier chest with a portrait of Mehmet on it came down the stairs first.

Mehmet stepped out and raised his right hand and surveyed the area. Alina was following closly behind holding a small bag and a clipboard. Mehmet and his eutourage meet with thier hosts.

"Hello Comrades! How are we all today. I'm confident this will be a very successful meeting" said Mehmet optimistically
