Arestabol

As part of the plan of seperation, the newly recognized nation of Arestabol has made a major overhaul in its trade policies. The highly industrialized state had depended heavily on Cordena to sell and distribute its goods and services. The balance was tipped in favour of the host-country, as they reaped most of the profit. But now with their distributor taken out of the equation it was a matter of a possible economic crisis. Now having to depend on themselves, the newly formed democratic government has sent multiple telegrams of varying priorities. The goods being made were piling up at the docks. Workers who could finally go to school and better themselves in other sectors had no job to go to. A shortage of crucial occupations also threaten the well-being of Arestabol's citizens. Government intervention needed to be enacted. Embracing the notion of free trade, Arestabol hopes that this decision would boost the country out of its temporary economic slump.
