Short Bio: Ashira was first tracked when she was fifteen years old. She was abducted by members of The Company who performed evaluations on her. They discovered, through tracking her that Ashira was showing signs of antisocial personality and psychopathy. She had mutilated numerous small animals and one incident, which unbeknownst to her parents, Ashira killed a classmate who taunted and bullied her. She was never suspected of the crime but Company employees, having discovered her ability and that it was the cause of the death, wrote her off as too dangerous for society, showing little remorse for her actions. During an interview, she severly injured a nurse. Company Leadership decided that the best course of action was confinement and treatment. She has spent the last eleven years as a patient/prisoner of The Company

Short Bio: No one knows quite how old 'Mr Smith' is but he is estimated to be over 300. He travels around *insert main country for RP* rescuing people from acidents and healing those he thinks deserve it. He is quite bubbly and is rarely seen with out his clown makeup on for the same reason he has never revealed his real name.

'Smith' discovered his near invulnerability when a building colapsed ontop of him and his friend, killing his friend. A few months later his brother injured himself badly. To 'Smiths' suprise minuits after he had reached his brother he was able to stand up, despite having a broken leg a few minuits earlyer.

After several more weeks Smith realized he could heal both himself and others and has been out to help others ever since.

Power: Control over kinetic energy (essentially a pushing force of kinds).
Appearance: Bodor could be described as 'grimy' or 'messy' at times given the fact that he tends to wear ragged or messy clothes. He's commonly seen to be wearing steel-toed boots, baggy cargo pants, and a baggy white tank-top. His hair is messy, ending just at the top of his ears and his blue eyes seem faded given his addiction to various exotic drugs. He has rather pale skin and his black hair always seems to be messy and unkempt, especially when he's wanting a 'fix' of drugs.
Short Bio: Bodor was born to a prostitute for a mom and her pimp being his father. Unfortunately, being a prostitute Bodor's mom had gotten in to some bad habits including drugs and as such Bodor had been born with a natural addiction to crack-cocaine. Fortunately the hospital staff managed to help him grow up and overcome his addiction...at least physically. Eventually Bodor grew up and moved out on his own where he too got involved in the gritty crime of the world. In the process of stealing cars, robbing stores, and killing people Bodor found himself getting attracted to various exotic drugs that had seemed enticing to him when he started them. Then he found himself doing the strangest thing: punching holes through objects across the room with a strong enough movement of his fist. He started to use this to his advantage, not knowing why he had gained the mysterious power. None-the-less who was hitting people with the force of a 12.7mm from across a street with nothing but his fists. As he's gotten older he's been able to hit with more and more power. Unfortunately he didn't feel like he was fitting in while he was in Ursava so he has decided to move.

It was at this school, where is abilities truly began to manifest themselvs. Terribly afraid of himself, he kept them bottled up, vainly trying to control them. When he was 17, in a fit of extreme anger anger, he released his power, all of it, upon the one student that had greived him. That child was killed instantly, as were many more as the building collapsed on them. Gregori, finally realising what he could do with this power, fled, leaving a path of complete destruction in his wake. After going completely underground, hiding from the massive police search that had been mobilized to find him, he ended up in Liberty City, Alversia.

Short Bio: Dominic Lakosta (a name given to him by his Overseer) is a Kytaf (a form of feral humanoid, remarkable for thier sharp teeth, sharp nails and love of battle) from Void Templar. Part of the 'Witchdoktaz' of his clan, he was captured as part of a scientific research program, he broke out and went into hiding. The program was a failure, and all records of the escaped man were destroyed. Since then, he was worked in a number of office jobs, shifiting around every few months just in case someone remembered him.

I think they're biased against American-settings, damn Europeans, present company excluded.

It's not against America, it's anti-New York...ism -- which I can't really blame them for. ;)

Born in the Dominion of Dastardly Stench, Don was the favored son in his family, as, there, his powers were well-thought-of. Don (please don't call him "Rear") can fly via jet propulsion, render explosions powerful enough to knock down a wall, and can dissolve many types of materials. Can also mimic any aroma, making him fairly adept at aromatherapy. Just don't feed him baked beans. Of course, he put these talents to use as a rescue worker.

It wasn't until he was sent out on loan to an international rescue force that Don was exposed to the notion that there might be some drawbacks to his powers. Nonetheless, he is convinced that, when used with proper discretion, they can be a wellspring of good for those around him. Currently, works for The Company on an international visa.

Ruthless, he believes people without abilities are nothing more then "animals" and does not hesitate to kill them in the most gruesome of fashions. He was diagnosed with schizophrenia at age 5, one year before he was committed.

When he was in school he excelled in foreign language studies, due to his omnilingualism abilities, as he grew up he learned that if he saw something on the TV he could mimic it, as such he quickly learnt multiple martial arts, weapons styles, and acrobatics. When he graduated at age 17, he was approached by Oblivion BlackOps with an offer to join them. He flat out refused and after defeating 6 BlackOps members, was taken into custody. I find using a stealth boy, putting mines down around them and then shooting them with a laser rifle helps. A lot. Although they are bastard hard to kill, I'll agree. Whats your favorite weapon?

Well, just to avoid going off-topic too much, i'm not sure. My trusty hunting rifle gets considerable use (Ghouls heads are easy prey for .32 ammo!), but i actually found that the 10mm SMG was the best weapon for dispatching Super Mutants.

His powers only develop in the first episode and only half way thrugh the first season does he actuly get controle of it properly. That season took place after Artur aparently died so peter couldn't have gotten that power.

...Since the first season, Peter can absorb powers from being within mere feet of their owners. So it is possible he absorbed Arthurs power, and Arthur just didn't detect it.

He has a girlfriend and one day goes to see a film about a special forces/spy thing where the hero snaps the neck of an unnamed bad guy minion. Luke copied the action almost instinctivle snapping the neck of his girlfriend. He is seen and doesn't quite understand what happened.

He is hunted by the police, the company and haunted by killing his girlfriend, he has been able to duplicate the fighting in the movie and a few other seemingly spectacular things done in the movie.

OK. Now just exactly what would you like Don to do? He's in the Situation room right now. Good candidates for things for him to do are

* Start looking for Ashira & Co.

* Go and help try to keep Grigory under control.

* Go get Bodor and try to bring him in.

Though I'm sure that there are other things...like...

* Get indigestion and blow up the whole building, himself included

Lol nice, well as soon as the Elder scrolls thread dies out i'll finish my mandate of rules for my alliance... I've been trying to start a new one since the Cyprian circle became defunct.
