A Call For Volunteers
To all fortune seekers, adventurers, professional warriors, and soldiers for hire: an unprecedented opportunity has arisen. The people of Alberia, a long oppressed province of the autocratic Generic Empire have reignited their struggle for self rule. For nearly a century, the ethnic Alberians have been ground under the heel of the Generian war machine. Those who have fled their homes to escape the fighting have experienced prejudice and discrimination of an abominable character.
Thanks to the efforts of Colonel Isaak Vasilykovic, himself a former Alberian refugee turned freedom fighter and a veteran of the unsuccessful six day insurgency of three years past, the Alberians may finally have a chance at full independence. Colonel Vasilykovic has organized the remnants of the former Alberian insurgent movement into the Free Alberia Brigade, and is offering payment in cash and treasure to any and all professional foreign soldiers who choose to take up arms for the cause.
There has never been a more just cause. To fight for freedom, justice, and democracy is to redeem yourself. Any who heed this call will be heroes in the eyes of the world and in the hearts of the Alberian people.
