Most of the weapons here are made by Chazaka. I do not know of any weapon here that is copied from someone else, and any similarities, are merely coincidence.

Depends. Do you plan on going the past tech, future tech or modern tech route(i'm thinking of just going mt now, ft is pretty hard to sell)?

I only have 5-6 items, and I need to polish them, run them by the draft room, and then they will be ready. most of them are inbetween MT/FT so it is close. they rely on US research that will be functional in ~20 years, but it is top secret, so we do not know!

OOC: Great, now your copying my designs, lol. Competiton is on now, lol! One thing you may want to check though is the Hypervelocity gun. There is no way a gun of the power could be run on less than 20 Kilowatts.

i don't know,The US Navy (http://www.navy.mil/search/display.asp?story_id=34718) supposely fired a shot at 2520 m/s using only 10.64 megajoules of energy so it may just be possible espically since its a space based weapon(and therefore doesn't have to worry about atmospheric friction), with gravity's help and such it may just be possible to do it with under 20 megajoules and anyway the system uses 50 megajoules to do it anyway probably should have put that you can't use both the lasers and railgun at the same time.

If you have the time and the money, we can refit almost any of our ships into almost anything. Though refitting a nuclear carrier into a purely research and medical purposes may take quite a lot of time and money, we feel that we can do it(hmm lets see remove the capitals, the various weapons, clear out most of the piping, redesign/combine the hangers, yes it may just be possible specially if we cover the run way)(the destroyer would be harder to convert into a hospital ship though, research may work such as launching undersea "rovers" hmm).(and thanks for the idea as to what to do my next design on, *wiki hospital ships*)

This would depend on what exactly you wish for your refit Destroyers to do. Do you plan on using them to research undersea life?(ie needs to beable launch research "rovers") or do you plan on using them as mobile helicopter platforms for research over the land/sea surface? or some other option we aren't thinking of. Knowing at least a general idea as to what you want the destroyers to do would greatly help us as to how/if we can refit the destroyers to work for you.

As to the refit Tartaruses our researchers are looking into it and can provide at least a general idea by the end of week(if nothing comes up i could have at least a rough draft by Sunday) as to the likelyhood of success and price range of the vessels.

If you have no problems/comments on the design than let us get down to price/construction. If you wish to purchase a already built Tartarus and have us refit it the cost will be around $5 billion USD per unit($2 billion for refit(and first cruise worth of supplies), $3 billion for the ship) and we can do around 1 refit per 20 months or you can purchase/build a freshly new Tartarus that is designed around a hospital ship which will cost $6.5 billion USD per unit but we can build roughly 2 of them per 24 months at our current yards.
