Open Declaration to the Capitalist Class Enemies throughout the world, as well as Glorious Communist Comrades

Greetings.

In the past few months many subversive capitalist class enemies have penetrated the impregnable border of the Descani Workers' and Peasants' Republic.

These class enemies seek to undermine the Communist way of life in Descan with their evil, intolerant, warmongering, imperialist jaywalking ways.

The Revolutionary Council can no longer tolerate subversive Capitalist presence inside Descan, or near it.

It is therefore declared that, to ensure the continued victory of Communism in Descan and around the world, all Descani borders will be closed, and an exclusion zone of .25 km will be enforced around the border. Anyone within this threshold will be shot on sight.

Further more, all foreign capitalist class enemies within Descan will be rounded up by the Ministerium for State Security and the Volkspolizei and summarily executed. No exceptions will be made.

The Descani People's Republic seeks assistance from fellow Socialist and Communist states in order to clear out capitalist class enemies. The Revolutionary Council is also interested in defensive alliances, as well as acquiring new weaponry. We also have secret intentions that we will shortly make known.

Official Imperial Statement, On Behalf of the Borman Empire and the Nations of the Enclave

The Empire is disgusted to see that rogue communist states have not yet learned a very simple lesson on the sanctity of human life, personal property, and respectable government. On behalf of his Infinite Majesty, Holy Emperor Nikolai I of Generia, and his brethren in the Borman Empire, whose autocratic ways and adherence to tradition serve as an example to all mankind, we, the Imperial Government of Generia do hereby provide warning that if such violent actions against the supposed “capitalist class enemies” of the Descani government as that government has undertaken are not halted within three days’ time, the Empire and her allies will have no choice but to take violent measures of our own against Descan. However it has also come to my attention that a number of Googlewooper citizens may currently be visitors to your nation, some of whom may fit your ‘target profile’. Any citizen of the Googleistic Democracy found by your security forces is to be released immediately. This is not a request, not negotiable and dire consequences will result from any attempt to harm a Googlewoper national.

I have passed a report detailing the situation in your nation to the President and Cabinet including the secretary of State and Foreign Affairs and I expect you will also be hearing from them.

Generian assets within the rogue state of Descan have recently informed the Generian Imperial Government that your own government has issued demands for the release of any Googlewoper national currently being held by the Descanis on the pretext of being “class enemies” of the revolutionary government there. Cigouriva the nations secret police had issued a letter to people living in the surrounding area to meet on Provoçe Square before the Hall of the Party in a spontaneous show of support ofr communism and for Descan comrades

The crowd exploded in chants such as

The speech went on for another 14 minutes until finally Mehmet made his finishing statements

He looked over across the masses of people and raised his right hand and pointed his finger up to add some effect in his last words

The crowd once again erupted in cheering and then calmed down with the usual communistic tradition of the clapping in unison and then the chant

The suggestion of a naval blockade is an extremely useful thought. Such a non violent action on its own is hardly a valid excuse for the communist allies of Descan to go to war on their behalf.

I suggest that should the position of the Revolutionary Council of Descan not improve satisfactorily by the expiry of the Kewan deadline that we initiate such a blockade.

Regardless of the whining pleas and petty threats of other rogue communist states, Generia will uphold her ultimatum. Should the situation not change in forty-eight hours, the Empire will have no choice but to take violent action. To remind the Descani government, the Imperial Government demands the immediate release of all foreign nationals being held by its security forces, and the abolition of the current violent policy against so-called “class enemies.”

Know that the Imperial Federated States will not tolerate any harm to those it regards as its people. Neither will we allow imprisonment of them without a reason beyond the fact they are not communists.

It has come to my attention several Imperial Nationals could be in Descan as I am writing this communication. If this is true and these people are found by Descani forces, we demand they be released immediately.

If any such people are harmed we will invade your pathetic country, round up its entire Revolutionary Council, and execute them.

We will also round up any Descani Nationals in Romandeos and imprison them. Efforts are being made to locate and detain any living within Romandeos now, in case you decide to be unreasonable. Our own Ministry of State Security is highly skilled at finding people within this country. There can be no escape.

For the time being, we cut all trade with Descan and are considering revoking recognition of its government.

We urge you to see reason. Yield, for we do not wish you to perish.

In addition, we notify the nations which have joined us in expressing outrage in response to this situation that we have mobilized the 5th Airborne Infantry Brigade in response to recent happenings in Descan. Should any military force be launched by yourselves against this communist state, you have but to ask it, and the 5th will march with you.

We will not tolerate ny harm coming to the citizens of the ASD who are currently within the borders of Descan. That being said we wish to remind other countries that this declaration of intent, on it own, is not casus Belli. (OOC: Unfortunately, unless you openly state your thread is Semi-Closed, any thread related to any type of violation of human rights will line up dogpilers seeking to annex the offender into their territories. Refusing to accept you are powerless will lead you to have a poor OOC standing, because of a certain bullying mentality, and because of the way you have expressed it in this thread. If you are looking for a less insane sort of RPed diplomacy, there are RP-focused regions and also "Earths" which are intended to have a degree of realism and avoid this big dog eats small dog of overall II.

Writing detailedly, making a good story related to the oppression also helps a lot. An actual invasion is something I'm still turning over in my head. But at the moment just act like it's not an option until I make a final decision.

In response to the The Workers' and Peasants' Republic , or lack of response and yeilding of unright ful prisinors, the Kewen Navy mobilised

The First Merchant fleet, named "Inevitably Successful in Most Cirumstances" Was diverted from its previous assignment, as per standing operating peramiters ISMC was a class A fleet, in the kewen charts it had two fleet tenders four battleship escorts, eleven crusiers under its command and sixteen frigates along with two LA class Nuclear submercibles, several Hopper class mini subs and four minelayers.

Closing in on the The Workers' and Peasants' Republic Water zone, the minelayers and there escorts broke off, and procceeded to mine part of the area while the fleet secured the rest.

Estimated time till completion, was about a day or three.

OOC: Descan, just so you know, generally speaking if you IC'ly give other nations this much reason to go to war with you, state the thread as open and don't give other nations any reason to defend you then your inviting an invasion. You cannot just say "ill ignore any invasion" and hope others will still RP with u in the future. That's why most nations looking for an rp will either make a declaration that would have some siding with them and some against or RP some sort of civil war with nations becoming involved on both (or multiple) sides. I suggest that you check out the NST'er link in my thread for some basics on how to put together a good war thread and/or read the stickies!

The others all have valid points and I’d like to add that most of us threatening action didn’t just jump straight into a MBT and head on over. At least three of us all wrote an ‘out’ for you to take into our RP both IC and OOC. Firstly we left it up to you to decide OOC whether there were any of our citizens in your nation and secondly were only going to use force if there were AND you didn’t release them.

I think you mistook our OOC interest in your thread as an IC intention to ‘invadxor the n00bs’ as you put it.

Anyway, I’ll replay IC soon and was wondering, if your country is essentially East Germany, a naval blockade wouldn’t have much effect would it?

With an increasingly hostile international community we think it would be in the best interests of your revolution to just revoke the citizenship of the foriegn nationals and deport them to a third country where they can distribute them to thier home land. Its very beneficial to keep the native population free from any foriegners. Should Descani citizens learn certain foriegn words it has the power to undermine your party.
Surly the international community would settle for the expulsion of all foriegn nationals from your borders.
You will be able to get rid of a bunch of problems this way
#1 Keep the population 100% Descani and away from any situation where they could learn foriegn words, keeping them 'Pure' in a way

2# get the international community off your back and help restore security to your revolution

Secret message to the Descani Leadership

If their are class enemies that truly deserve to die and dissidents that are huge threats, there are methods of eliminating them without getting the international community stirred up. Simply stitch them up for crimes such as drug possesion, theft etc so you no longer class them as political prisoners but as standard prisoners. or take them in for mental evaluation and declare them insane locking them up in asylums. It works and becuase of this, Bulgislavia has some of the lowest numbers of political prisoners then most of the other socialist nations. There are ways around these problems

The only thing I can suggest is that she be introduced to a few of your more obscure youth civil facilitators - young girls are susceptable to a crisp uniform the world over are they not? We have found her in the People's Hunting Lodge in that forest you took us too when we first met. OCC: This is my first attempt at RP and would prefer if this incident resolved itself simply and quietly please. I will attempt more adventurous sallies later on. This sort of scenario must be quite common in such cases so long as no media nor official channels get hold of it. It's to everyone's advantage to keep it quiet, isn't it?
