Been about an entire year since I've last been on this site. Can't remember my nation or my old account, so here I am again with a new country. Just wondering if anyone would be willing to be a host nation for a split-off? A province that wants independence? Keep in mind its been a year, so while I'm not toally ignorant of the rules, I may need refreshers now and then.

I just need a little information from each of you before I decide who I want to split off from. If not just for the sake of why my people would split off in the first place and what type of people they are.
