(OOC: people Character RP thier leaders and government officials but why dont we try a thread where we RP our nations Celebrities. There are not many if any RP's like a Hollywood or E channel thread. We could have lots of gossip and Celebrity marriages and hookups and scandal and make movies and stuff together in RP. I dunno if this Idea will work but I dunno)

Galina Petrovic was in a fancy loft in central Harpsworth. This was the HQ for her fashion line "Xpression" She was only 23 years old and was a well known celebrity in Hobson City.

She was a model from the ages of 8 and continues to model

She has her own fashion label Xpression

She has acted in 4 films in the main role she mostly does science fiction and some thriller films

When she was 17 and 18 she even had a singing career and released ana album to high aclaim but quite the singing industry saying "I would like to express myself through my music but am unable to do this when people want lyrics changed and my image remade"

Galina was born in Moscow on October 5th 1985 to her mother Valentina who was Russian and her Father Ivan Petrovic who was Serbian

on a "Holliday" in Paris in 1989, the Petrovic's never returned to Russia and instead defected and made thier way to Hobson City where thier daughter found fame quickly modelling at the age of 8 in 1993 and it took off from thier.

"See here, It really is a unique style not done much anymore. I love the curves the dress create it reminds me of the 1930's" said Galina to a worker both were inspecting a new dress

A personal assistant walked into the room past the many dresses hanging on coat hangers

"Galina, the crew are ready to see you, are you ready?" he asked

"Thanks James. I'm coming up now" Galina passed the gress to the worker and made her way up the staircase to the outside rooftop of the Xpression HQ

A camera crew were set up and an empty chair was set up opposite a black haired man with olive skin

She sat down opposite the man

"Hey thanks for this, this is really neat" she said reaching to shake the mans hand

"No, no miss Petrovic thank you for giving me the oppourtunity to speak with you" He said with an accent of somekind. Galina couldnt pinpoint where it came from

Some makeup artists quickly brushed up her face

"Are we ready?" asked the man to the camera crew, he nodded and the cameras began filming

Interviewer -=- Now firstly: your an actress, model, fashion designer, youve had a singing career.... How do you manage all of that?

Galina -=- hahaha I dont, I'm a mess when the cameras arent on! haha no I'm joking, Its hard but I have people to help me organize stuff, its extremely hard but I manage

Interviewer -=- Now your about to release the summer wardrobe of Xpression to the public soon and Xpression stores are opening up around the world

Galina -=- Yes

Interviewer -=- You've just opened up your first Xpression store in Paris and one is set to open in London in December. Do you think you will open one up in Rome, in Italy

Galina -=- Oh definatly! Its like a fashion capital so definatly I'll open one up there

Galina -=- Oh this? yeah from the Spring 2007 wardrobe

Interviewer -=- Its very beautiful, where do you get the inspiration for your designs?

Galina -=- really simple stuff like sometimes the ocean, sky, clouds mixed in with designs from certain decades and it all comes together from there and some of my cloths are just completely from my head with no outside influence

Interviewer -=- What do you think of the success of your label?

Galina -=- Oh i'm totally blown away! haha Hobson city just embraced it so well I was really suprised at the popularity and now where going global hahaha

Interviewer -=- Ok one last thing. Can you please say 'See you in Italy' to all of our viewers cause you mentioned you would come and open your Italian store next year haha

Galina -=- *more Racous Laughter* your gonna hold me too that arent you!? haha

Quick facts:Born into a upper middle-class family as a lone child, Michael was discovered to be a great actor, singer and thinker at an early age. At school, he recieved great grades in all important exams, getting him a world class education at Kings University in Kentorbury, Heranon. He picked up a masters in Drama and also a masters in Politics, and soon wrote his first book 'Across the Borders', which won the Royal Book Prize in it's first year.

Profession: Author, Orator. Formerly a soldier and propagandist.

Bio: Born to a poor family in the heavily industrial region of Sylvaburg, Hirsh was easily influenced by the revolutionary speeches and rallies of the Republican leader Nicholas Faust. When Faust declared war on the monarchist regime in 2004 Hirsch,then leader of the Parilisan Feminist League, flocked to his side. Her husband, who had never been fond of her leftist leaning, threatened to kill her and did everything to prevent her from leaving. She had suffered years of abuse from him and she fled his house in early '04.

Sophia's skills as an orator were put to good use by the Revolution, and she risked her life traveling the country to give speeches. Monarchist police arrested her in May 2004 but she quickly escaped. Working alongside future President Nathaniel Klein, she helped in the production of left wing propaganda and was actively involved in the battles of the Revolution.

Her memoirs of the Parilisan Revolution are bestsellers throughout Parilisa, and her work with charities and care work are reknowned. Now one of Parilisa's most famous and outspoken celebrities, she still heads the Parilisan Feminist League. She remains close friends with the President.

Mini Biography Born in the wealthy mountain estate development of northern Motokata, she was once a girl who potentially had it all, yet never did. Despite the exceptional wealth of her parents Hikaru was never in on the share of them, with little care she kept to her self. At age 12 Hikaru was abandoned along a remote road in Southern Motokata. Her parents were eventually arrested and charged with first degree child abandonment and child endangerment and their assets were all yielded to Hikaru.

When 15 Hikau discovered a love of the arts in the areas of film, music, animation, and dance. She decided to peruse a carer in cinema and attended college courses to learn. Yui's first job came at 17 as a drawing assistant for Production I.X (an anime studio in Motokata) in which she assited in the drawing and designe of characters for an anime called Bounty Hunter.

Hikaru also published an independent self created 3D animation project called Frankenbot which a boy creates a robot from his recently deceased pet.

Hikaru has been selected as the director and screenwriter for a story about the late Motokatan Duchess Yui Oda.

A woman of common birth, Lucia is a colonel in the Santherese army. She was once in the Condotta Special Operations force before transferring to a command position with the Gendarmerie as part of her transition into reservist life. She is not a police officer, despite her branch; in fact, she is a teacher now at the Verdona Military Institute, specializing in small unit strategy with limited logistical capability.

She has also taken to modeling for various purposes, mostly for artistic photography but also for advertising. With the success of her autobiography -- a lengthy volume covering her life from the time she spent in prison from ages 15 to 17, then joining the military and rising through the ranks quickly -- and her fictional novel Psychopomp, an urban fantasy with militant undertones that has sold 50.6 million copies since its release last year, she has become a very popular figure amongst women, ex-convicts, soldiers and children -- to name just a few -- for a wide array of reasons.

She is also an aspiring actress and intends to seek out a break-through role. How she plans to lecture around her increasingly-full schedule is unknown even to her, but she loves teaching at VMI. Chances are that she will not release another book; she has turned down two contracts already.

Mike Sims was a very short man in late 20's. He worked for a Hobson City TV show in which he travelled to different lands as the travelling reported/interviewer reporting live back to the Presenter in Hobson City.

"Hello Miss Lucia Bianco, How are you? are you ready, were going on in a couple of minutes, would you mind putting this microphone on? are you comfortable? do you need anything?" said Mike The camera crew were preparing meanwhile Back in Hobson City the TV show was only 5 minutes in and not upto Mikes segment yet

after a month of not working Alex got a letter from Miss Blackwood owner of a Lingerie store offering her a job to show off her work in a TV show that was caming up

Lucia adjusted her shirt as she fed the microphone through it and clipped it to her collar. She smiled briefly. It wasn't very new to her that she was going to appear on television before millions of people; the new thing was that this was international television for once. Every other time had been a Santherese network broadcast only in Nuova Venezia.

She nodded. "I'm fine, actually. Let's get this going, yeah?"

Meanwhile in the Hobson City Studio

"And now we come to the part of the show where our roving reporter, Mike Sims appears to us live on the big screen interviewing a famous personality from somewhere around the world"
said the Presenter the crowd in the stands applause


"Thanks Todd, Thats right and tonight I'm here with the oh so beautiful Lucia Bianco! here in the equally beautiful Santheres! Hello Lucia how are you tonight?"

(OOC: Sorry for delay I had to show my family Cake Farts cause my sister rang and told us all to watch it...... it was disturbing!)

Lucia held her hand up as though to wave the unseen audience but then lowered it just as quickly. "I'm well, Mike, thanks. You came on a lovely day; my autobiography just sold its hundred millionth copy here in Santheres. I have no idea how many were sold worldwide, but I imagine it's not much higher." She laughed. After all, why would anyone outside care who she was? She was still a little unused to the idea that she wasn't just some Santherese.

She looked at the camera. Of course, most of the people watching this weren't from Santheres and if the show thought she was worth interviewing, obviously people cared to some extent.

"Well yes ofcourse your book. A large number of women are, particularly the younger ones are the biggest buyers of your book. That is the case in Hobson City anyway, now you are quite a unique celebrity in your participation of the military isnt that right? how is that working out? It is quite different from the modelling isnt it?"

Lucia shook her head. "Actually, the thing about Santheres is that most people have served at some point or another. A lot aren't compulsory, but they decide to take a year or two and devote it to the military. Of course, I'm the only one who was in the Condotta ... umm, the marines, I think a lot of others call them." She smiled and cracked her knuckles softly before continuing.

"I don't know how different it is. The photographer can be a lot like a CO sometimes," she laughed again, this time rather loudly as she envisioned the possibility in her head. "They're pretty demanding altogether, but they stick to the boundaries you set. Of course, I don't really have much in the way of those, anyway, so most are free to tell me to do whatever they want me to. I swear, some of them have such odd fashion choices that I think I prefer just to forgo the clothing altogether."

"Now you do plan to explore a different path and get into acting arent you? Is there any particular film genre youve always wanted to star in or have an interest in"

"Well, if you're familiar with my writing and any of the talks I've given at universities, then you may be aware of my twin loves for the military and for fantasy. I'm terribly interested in the military histories of other nations and would love to have a lead role in something like that. From what I hear, women don't get assigned to the good stations in a lot of other countries, though, so would I portray someone in a combat role? I don't know. It's a shame, really. I suppose the other thing would be fantasy films, but those are few and far between, really. I mean, I'd like to be in a good film and the most recent ones I've seen have been based of sub-par books."

"Well you definatly have those hollywood looks to make a good film role haha, so you dont have any ambitions to continue writting? We have heard you have recently turned down 2 contracts?"

(OOC: sorry; I ended up passing out while waiting for my connection to be restored)

"Oh, thank you. I never, uh, really thought that myself. I don't know if I have the acting talent, though; I just really want to do it. Um, yes, I did turn down a couple of offers, one for a series in the Psychopomp world, but I ended that the way I did because it was meant to be a one-off fiction. How do I come back from everyone dying?"

Indeed, the primary criticism of Psychopomp was that Lucia had had a tendency to kill characters shortly after making the reader sympathize with them. It had been described as "repeated gut punches without remorse" by some. Some even suggested that she could write a series about the world and treat the first book as non-canon so the characters could be explored further.

"I just ... I like writing, but it's time consuming and acting has always been my dream since I was nine. It's really the only thing I could give up. Modeling takes three hours out of my day once a month at the most and well, teaching at the Military Institute is top priority since I'm still in the service."

"wow... Ok well we are running out of time so a couple of last questions. A lot of men back in Hobson probably will find these questions of interest to them.... Do you have any love interests at the moment and do you plan to settle down?" said Mike with a smile on his face

"Settling down? Certainly not. You might say I'm a bit of a workaholic and well, work is my life, not relationships. I don't see myself getting married for quite awhile, if ever at all. Umm, as far as interests go, I know there have been a lot of rumors flying around about this guy or that girl, but they're all nonsense, especially the latter. The last guy I dated was about five years ago, maybe six, and since then I don't think I've had anything more than a one-nighter ... even those are few and far between. It's just really not for me, I've decided; not yet, anyway. Eventually I'll do something about having that kid I've always wanted but it's not too late yet and I think I'm finally on the right track with my life."

She chuckled. "Do people from Hobson really think of me like that? Wow, that's flattering, I never would have suspected. Ah, who knows, maybe I'll just have to pay Hobson a visit someday."

"One nighter!? Did I hear you correctly!? wow I never would of guessed. When will we expect to see you in Hobson city? It aint quite a Hollywood but a few films get churned out evey year and the night life is quite fun, eh? haha"

"You wouldn't be so surprised if you spent a little more time in Santheres -- I'm really not any different from anyone else, though I do seem to have fallen into an astounding amount of fame for a commoner. I'm not terribly sure when I might head to Hobson. Someday. I do have a loaded schedule as it is. Maybe my next vacation. Of course, if I get contacted about a job, that might change things, hint to all your producers."

"Yeah! hahaha you here that HObson City Producers!? Ok well thank you for giving us the time of day we know you are an extremely busy women it was a pleasure talking with you"
