I regret to inform you that the Xultans for the Spread of Fascism will be disbanded. Severe casualties and a lack of support and supplies has forced us from the borders of Xult and into nearby nations as refugees. Perhaps elsewhere we can find a true Fascist home.

Faithful Countries!
Innumerable progress has been made in the fight for free Democracy in Xult. Due to ample support from aiding nations, Xult has finally been forced to recognize the Democratic Party of Xult as a powerful political party. Oscar Nikitin is currently claiming victory. But he is far from true control. His forces continue to be pushed back as the Democratic Forces advance. The Fascists who were once caught in the middle have now been pushed to the edges of Xult. They have allies- they hardly have nowhere to go. I'm afraid Mr. Ganger will return but for the next few years, he's out of the picture. There has been one reliable report of Ivan Nikitin hiding as a refugee in the far east but until we gain control of Xult, the Xultan Civil War takes priority over the search efforts. Again, thank you so much for your aid and support. I fear our communications will be few and far between but until then, good luck and God bless!
