Some time ago (okay, okay, it was August 2006, so rather a lot of time ago) I started a thread on this forum titled Hall of Heads. I let it die, because I am a lazy bum. As a lazy bum, I have a lot of time on my hands, so I thought that I'd revisit it, with apolgies to everyone who showed an interest first time around only for me to fall asleep on the whole thing.
Well, it's starting again. This time, an OOC thread is being provided in advance, as you see, because Kargrazia is an odd nation and one very closed off from the world, so you may want to ask questions.
Basic explanation of the opening post
*In some nation in the world, a magazine, NMI (News Inquiry Magazine) has got hold of some photographs that appear to show thousands upon thousands of severed human heads stored in open-fronted boxes stacked in a vast warehouse of some sort.
*That nation, where NMI is published, could be yours, if you're interested. So long as it's a nation in which two girls named Sasha and Nicole might chew bubble gum and read magazines on a commuter train.
*It isn't yet clear how NMI got these pictures. More importantly, the pictures shed no light on their subject. Who did these heads belong to? Where are they? In what nation? So far, nobody even knows that it's in Kargrazia. However, the heads are of just one ethnicity (which happens to be Kargrazian, a sort of Roma and Slavic mix as may be found in an insular Balkan hermit state), and tags are attached, though it isn't possible to read anything from the tags with the naked eye. Plus, who the heck reads Kargrazian (or Cirisie), anyway?
