My government requires moderate number of fast vehicles, preferably in two or more different sizes (‘light transport’ and ‘heavy lift’), for transport to and between our Northlands' peninsulas and islands and with possible military role. However as most Ursines rather dislike the idea of going way up into the air, conventional aircraft will not really suffice for this purpose. We have heard of technology called 'Ekranoplan' (reference (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ekranoplan)), but do not know whether any company that trades through this forum produces vehicles that are based on this concept.
Would anybody here be able to offer such craft at reasonable prices? We would prefer to pay in gold and possibly other commodities too, rather than in actual foreign currency, if this is acceptable.
Second-hand vehicles would be considered if still in good condition.
