OOC: Before i start i have to say sorry, my internet cut off durning the coference but i have read everything.

*Siad Mahmoud Clears Throat* Hello nations of the world, as you now there was a conflic beetween a few nations, we have all agreed on a peace confernce and I am here to tell nations what im willing to do. We will i give 2.2 million dollars to Falkasia to re-built the tower that was bombed. It had some structural damage. But for the nuke damages, Bohovia cannot be responsible as we urged ships to leave the waters. We also have had an offical count on our nuks and countd 351 nukes, in addition we have destroyed 51 Missiles underground. To leave us with exactilly 300 left, these will be stored with extreme caution, as over 500 soliders are guarding are Missiles. I have came out of shelter as of now, but will of course be guarded in case of any attacks on me. Bohovia does not accept, to be divided in to pieces and hang the prime minisiter (me). As this hanging is against or believes and morals. We are sorry for any tsunami that hit a nation NOT involved in this conflict, we will pay for any damages that occured. We are also apologize to the familys, that lost husbands,fathers,sons,moms and daugters to the bombings, shootings and of course the Nuke. Bohovia will be changing, we will be a better country. In 2 weeks many new laws will be made to keep Bohovia a safer place. As for the clean-up there was no signifacant damgesto buldings, althouh soliders are being put to rest, and today the damge is being fixed. *Crowed Cheers*.

OOC: I will. First of all, the nukes didn't happen, the tower was not bombed, and a tsunami did not occur. Each of those were godmodding events, and therefore will be ignored. On a side note, I guess the original Peace Treaty is now irrevelant.

Falkasia is not satisfied with these so-called "reparations." Saying you'll do something is simply and blatantly not enough. We demand that your leader be turned over to Falkasian authorites pending trial by an international tribunal. Furthermore, we demand that you hand over everyone of your nuclear weapons to Falkasian and Allied weapons inspectors for examination and dismantlement. Considering your careless and unprovoked use of state-sponsored terrorism, it has been firmly agreed upon that you are no longer capable, nor trustworthy of wielding such powerful weapons as atomic devices. Finally, we will be deploying a permanent garrsion/occupation force into your country, consisting at all times of a minimum 100,000 soldiers to help maintain peace and order, and make sure your nation does not carry out similar attacks again. We were gracious enough to submit to this "peace treaty," as well as leave any reference of taking your land away from you out of this. Do not make us second guess ourselves!

We also agree that this is not enough; however, we would be glad to take Siad into our country as a prisoner; and execute him if necessary, using methods agreed on by the other countries involved in this conflict.
