In a recent move by the United Worker's Republic's 300 million personnel army, the government has issued a massive disarmament for Leocardia. Millions of soldiers will be forced to resume their civilian lives as civilian population, massive stockpiles of arms will be put to storage or donated, and the United Worker's Republic is developing a new form of government with new law and order. President Justin Morales has issued a red flare warning, meaning Leocardia will have a 2-million man army, with the rest as reserves within the next five years. With this sudden massive move, Leocardia has also issued a state of DEFCON 3.

With a sidenote, Leocardia is seeking nations who would voluntarily provide national defense. The idea of this defensive coalition would be good for the world as well, acknowledging the Leocardian aggressive army had been ruining nations and killing millions of innocent people over the series of the past couple years.

The Guardian Angels Task Force would like to take over your defenses for a fee.

The allied nations of The Empire of Basgonia, The Rouge Nation of Torturous Chamber, and The Allied States of Gibraltar and Allies are willing to put all of their mandatory military in charge of defense...for a price...contact Basgonia.

Ascelonia believes that it and the Guardian Angels Task Force would be better to defend a 6 billion population with a collective population of over a billion people rather than Basgonia with a collective population of 21 million people.

The massive Falkasian army would gladly take Leocardia on as a protectorate nation with no strings attached, save permission to establish a small Air Force and Army Base somewhere in your country.

Ascelonia would like to join Falkasia in a joint venture to protect Leocardia, as it is a nation with a significantly large population compared to ours. Under the conditions that Ascelonia may move into already constructed Leocardian military bases, munitions and arms factories, and construct seaports and airports. We will also need to establish embassies within our respective nations.

Upon learning of this 400,000 Grace cult members armed with clubs, crowbars and boards with nails in them marched toward Leocardia in order to capture the decommissioned military equipment which they plan to use to raise up an army to overthrow the FMA.

Military bombers and jets are already on the way to aid Leocardia along with 2,000 beserkers and 20,000 marines. 500 tanks will also be airdropped at strategic chokepoints to block entry to Leocardia.

The cultists now concealed their weapons which could easily be mistaken for random junk or tools. By posing as civillians they would continue to make their way to their objective.

The majority of them had mundane items and tools for weapons so they weren't suspected. They would try get off the hook by claiming to have an occupation that required said tools and/or items.

The Holy Empire of Kingarmy will deploy 7 regimental peace-keaping forces, and urges everyone to do the same. The Empire believes that buffering up both parties with bombs will only turn into a well known mistake commited by the two nations of Russia and the United States of America.

Immigration quotas have been lowered and borders are now closed. We have enough mechanics and carpenters.

We're sending in a sleeping gas irradiation force (5 Stealth (Radar) Bombers and 3 Stealth (Radar) Fighters). In case an enemy attacks, we can irradiate an area with sleeping gas. The compound used is also corrosive to non-organic materials, so gas masks are not a problem. (OOC: Unless the enemy uses headcrabs for gas masks.)

Leocardia rejects Ascelonia for defensive protection in Leocardia. If you dare to try using any force against Leocardia, we will use our 300 million force while it still hasn't been taken effect to disarm them.

If accepted, the Leocardians will receive the full support of the Royal Armed Forces for any military actions. The price for this support is economic.
