From CS 1 The best news from the best Nation;

Following our war with Cuborg and then Macgruber;
Our nation is now cleaning the Nation's capital of what was apparently attacked
by a "super cannon" which fired Ebola filled shells at the nation of Cascade States.
The Capital, Seattle was struck Nine times. With the Shells landing over many miles. And killing an undisclosed number of soldiers. But it is believed that some 5,000 men and women who were sent to guard it were killed in the attack or the resulting quarantine.

The Government has still ordered martial law, and civilians are being kept out of the cities untill all the terrorists and spies have been rounded up.

Crime has reached an all time low as anyone on the streets without authorization is likely shot.

The secrete police are conducting a house to house search of all foreign citizens.

There are rumors that there is a cease fire, and a peace deal right now no one is saying anything official.

With the mobilization of our entire military forces, there has been unprecedented level of communications, tactical and logistical issues but those are being sorted out. And as there have been only a hand full of isolated incidents involving single person attacks against our soil we are sure that in a few days all will return to normal.

There were rumors earlier that our nation Had fired some of it's stock of Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles at either or both nations.
These have been confirmed,
The number was not specified but it was released that we did fire Minuteman Missiles. And that several Tactical nuclear weapons may have been used as well by our Air Force.
The Navy has also fired a number of Trident D-5 missiles as well as Cruise missiles and reported striking shore and Naval targets.
The Marines have been patrolling our seas and inspecting ships inbound with the Coast Guard.
The Army has reported capturing or killing several terrorists who were attempting to attack our civilian structures.
As anyone outside can see our Air Force is flying constant patrols,
There seems to be no danger of sneak attacks at this time.

While few people seem to know why Our Nation was attacked in a preemptive
WMD war. It is known by the Government who promise to explain the situation to the citizens before the month is over. Right now for the safety of all it is not being stated for the public good.

Coastal comunities can expect cool weather from Oregon to lower Washington and Upper Washington and Vancouver Island should expect some fog and clouds.
Most of British Columbia is going to be cool and cloudy with clear skies by noon.
Alaska will be very low, warming upto about fourty degrees.

There were millions of Cascade States Troops in every city and village.
Men patrolled the thousands of critical sites were still being watched constantly. While the first Marine Army, and the First CS Army were detatched to work clearing the largest cities in the nation.
The CS Special forces divisions 1-4 were tasked to assist the Secret police
in finding all traitors, terrorists and suspicious persons. To bring anyone in alive if they could. Or to kill anyone who could not be taken alive.
Since the middle of the night of the first attack by Cuborg the CSSP had been
connecting the dots. When the orders were finally given to bring in all foreign nationals, and arrest anyone who offered resistance they had begun moving.
Through the low cost housing complexes. The men in the best body armor and face masks burst into houses and apartments after firing flash bang Grenades through windows.
APC's and IFV's roamed the streets in groups followed by lightly armored buses for troops and soon to be suspects.
In over one hundred cities acrossed the four states they began their work assisted by helicopter gunships and tanks.

It was a good guess that since at least one successful attack had been carried out by a terrorist trying to reach Seattle with a bread truck. There were others, but they had showed crude tactics and substandard weapons.

There had been no civilian activity for more than a day. But there had been a call in from a scout group that someone had been seen in or around a housing block just outside of Seattle.
So 1 Bradley fighting vehicle and 2 "AMTRACK" APC's.
At a run down house near the corner of the street was a single light on.
In the garage was the thunder of some very large probably diesel engine.
The Special forces were spreading out to cover the Bradley when the garage door
burst open. Or was smashed apart...
Shooting ensued from the house, a submachine gun or three. No one was counting.
the Amtrack opened fire on the house with their .50cal machine guns and 40mm Mk 19
Auto Grenade launchers.
the house exploded seconds later, followed closely by a secondary explosion.
The Half yellow, Half rattle caned vehicle rumbled forwards.

The Massive machine was nearly ten feet tall, and eight feet wide closely resembling a home made tank. With a dozer blade in front.
At best speed it crashed into the AMTRACK parked at the closest end of the street.
The sound of metal groaning and AP rounds slamming into steel plates, the explosions of 40mm HE rounds over the hull.
Every few seconds there was a clang as steel plates were shredded and the concrete underneath was crumbling.
The AMTRACK was pushed up, then to the side as the do it your self tank smashed the side skirts and began driving through houses. The crew inside the AMTRACK were totally taken off guard when they were tossed aside and the vehicle was unable to turn.

Small armored shutters opened up on the house crushing tank...
rifle fire and small arms rattled away at anyone who could be seen.
Four houses were crushed, and burning in a minuet.
Then came a mechanical whirling, beep. Beep. Whoosh.
And 1 TOW missile fired from the box of the Bradley as the yellow monster cleared the last house. Five seconds of from launch to hit. A blast which shattered the massive steel framed turtle. Plates of 1/8in steel flew out at odd angles and concrete gave way to a gray cloud. There was no recourse. No escape. But now that city block was on fire.
All the fuel on board was now burning.
The fire department was called, then the gas company. Then the local power grid.
In the end, it took a small army of people to put it out. And then they came under fire from another city block

the rattle of hand guns had gone down.
Only to be replaced by the all too familiar Kalashnikov and explosives.
fighting broke out all over the cities here and there.
But it was a decisive action to stop them.
If a house shot at soldiers, it was blown up.
If a civilian car drove down the streets it would be hit by a flash bang through the window. Anywhere possible prisoners were taken. put into straight jackets and put into
armored cars for later interrogation.
