Project Amazon.

Project Amazon is a operation to search and kill terror networks' leaders, arms dealers and other threats to international peace. In order to so, we must use force, the cream of the crop of the world's nations Armed Forces. Eight nations can submit a maximum of two candidates to do such a task, so as to protect freedom and peace.

While the Chazakain Government has doubts about how you would differentiate between "terrorists" and "freedom fighters". We will be sending a top special forces officer to observe this 'project' and probably participate in.

Short Bio: Born and Raised in one of Chaziton's suburbs, he had always wanted to be a military man, so he volunteered to stay after his 3 years of 'forced' service were over, has lead many special forces tasks, currently is in Southern Harlander Republic helping track down any remaining rebels.

Diplomatic Communication

Romandeos commends such a noble idea, but we are uncomfortable about a multinational unit composed of personnel from nations with no relations which has a mandate to slay any person it deems a terrorist, without any guidelines in place as to how they should define a terrorist. This is unnerving. There are in this world many freedom fighters who could, depending on who you ask, be listed as terrorists. It is all an issue of perception.

FYI to anybody who cares, Romandeos maintains its own secret military force with a counter-terrorism mandate. This force is so highly secretive, literally only a few hundred people outside the unit know that it exists. I say this, because this force most likely would be the one from which my two candidates were drawn.

Short Bio: Kimros Abajan was born in 1939, in the African-Akhad Union. He spent most of his life planning for a rebellion against the colonialist pigs who controlled his nation. When they did have a revolution, he was 2nd in command, incharge of commanding the milita's. After winning the revolution against the colonialist's, he was also general of the Facist army during the civil war. After winning the civil war, he was placed as a 5 star general of the military. When he didn't like what the leader was doing, he threw a coup, and gained leadership of the country. Since then, he has killed many in genocide, and must be stopped.

Short Bio: When the Parilisan Revolution broke out in 2005 Karr was a soldier in the King's army. He was captured by Revolutionary forces and during his time as a POW he began to agree with Revolutionary principles. He asked for permission to join the Reublican Army and aid the Revolution but the Revolution's leaders were suspicous of his motives. Karr bravely gave the Revolutionaries his 5 year old child. "If I betray you," he said "You can kill him." The Revolutionaries were so impressed by this noble act that they allowed him to join them.
Following the end of the Civil War, during which Karr served spectacularly as a sniper, he was offered a placement in the newly founded Secret Service. As a founding member Karr is of very high influenece within the PSS's ranksand he has earned himself many medals. Most of his recent activities can not be discussed here for security reasons.

Pictures of Karr are rare, but the soldier in this photograph is believed to be of him. The image is of poor quality as the cameras used by the Parilisan Republican Army were old and basic.

Short Bio: Extremely physically and mentally fit, Mansib was raised in the mountains of Guhak (now renamed mt. Kingarmy) where disease and poverty was rampant. There were many tribal wars, and when Mansib's parents were slain in a raid, Mansib had to take care of his family by himself. When Kingarmy led his revolution against plutocracy, Mansib proved extremely able as he sunk two llama classed destroyers, drove a plane into the Capitol and chocked the former acting plutocrist to death. Capable of speaking Arab, English, French, Chinese, Italian and Spanish. Good with bombs, sniper, can fly uavs and planes. Highest level of education is college. Is diabetic.

Short Bio: The background of the man prior to his assuming the head of the Red Tide Mafiza is unknown. There is a very high probability that he was born in one of the villages in the Tidean Southern Mountain Provinces that exists outside the governments control. At the time, the various gangs in the RTSMP(Red Tidean Southern Mountain Provinces) were unorganized and constantly fighting each other. The central government ignored them, making sure to protect the major transportation links, gulags, and mining facilities in the area only. Information in the area is extremely sketchy, but it is apparent that Xenocide became the head of one of these gangs and united them into what is the Red Tide Mafia.

Short Bio: Born in Creighton, Oslea in 1984, West was born to a family of four children (Himself, one brother, and two sisters). He took a special interest in the news reports of Operation Desert Thunder in the Tigorian War in 1991, and was interested more and more in the military and a military career.

He was an accomplished hunter, as his father often took him out to the wilderness with his brother to hunt wild animals. At the tender age of 10, he had shot a crow from an extremely long distance, and this was confirmed by his father who was looking from his binoculars. He had a friendly rivalry with his brother, causing him to practice more and improve his sharpshooting skills.

With the breakout of the Djupesland Conflict in 2000, a military recruiter visited his school to talk about job opportunities with the Marines. Interested, he visited his local recruiter and was told he was too young; he would have to wait. His interest waned with time.

However, his brother had been wounded in action in 2004, when a Rebel IED destroyed the Humvee he was riding in. Deciding to pick up after his brother's footsteps, West joined the Marines.

He had outstanding marks from his marksmanship courses, and his commander suggested that he become a Scout Sniper. He did, and showed great skill with an M40A3.

West was deployed to Djupesland in 2006, and totaled over 50 confirmed kills. He became a celebrated icon of the Marines and was a young prodigy, set to break Scout Sniper Gary Rosen's confirmed kill record of 98 set in the Tigorian War. Sadly, a Rebel mortar attack injured him to the point where he is no longer capable of combat, and was sent back to Oslea.

Desperately wanting to join the Marines again he went into rehab and regained his combat skills, but before returning to the fold his commanders want him to participate in a new anti-terrorism project, Project Amazon, to prove he can fight once again.
