The gates have been closed. Tanks, Troops, attack helicopters. Dead time.

No one can get in or out of soviet-slavya due to its red alert. Curfew is at 8:00pm. Any one caught outside is shot. Seperatists from the south attacking troops coming from the north. The city Kesniov is in ruins.
"FUCK YOU BASTARD COMMIES!" Screams out a rebel with an RPG aiming at one of the tanks rolling down the street. He fires it then the tank explodes.

Civil war in Soviet-Slavya.


3 hours earlier...


"Sir, There are attacks all over Kesniov by a large group of rebels. Looks like theyre seperatists apart of the F.U.M.(Fascist Union Milita) and intel reports that they are getting secretly supplied by a near-by country but we can't seem to get one of the prisoners to talk." Says Captian Vladmovich.

"I want these nazi bastards done for good. We won't be seperating anytime soon. Bring them back to Romanov Dead or alive. We can use them for our propoganda."

Michail sits back in his chair and thinks about his next moves.

Dyelli Beybi was an odd country. By any standards it was socialist, bordering on the communist, although most of this was the result of a rather left leaning monarch with absolutist ambitions... not a normal mix.

As such the civil war in Soviet-slavya was of interest. It would be monitored.

2 rebels with AK-47s watch as Su-27 fly low past their head droping loads of bombs on top of them. One of them survived, he tried to run away but his leg was full of twsted metal and sharpnel. CPRSS troops come running torwards him after the Sukhois clear out the area. They bring him back to the intel HQ and start asking him questions. He refused to awnser so he was beaten terribly and sent to a cell.

Steiner leaned back in her chair and put her fingers to her temples. The situation was starting to intensify. She could feel it coming, the impending storm.

"Deploy a fleet into the region tell them to stay in international waters. I don't wanna blow this pop stand just yet. We may have to go boots to mud eventually, but for now we watch."

7th Fleet off the coast of Dynamic Revolution, in international waters:

Commodore O'Reily looked out at the hurricane they were sailing through, forty foot sees were battering the fleet, and the winds had already picked up to 100 km/h.

"But Sir!" came the reply "We'd be taking the wind from our port! We could capsize!"

The Ships plunged in and out of the waves. At times it seemed they would never come out, that the waves had eaten the ships whole, but they always managed to re-surface, only to start the process again. All the while Commodore O'Reily smoked his cigar and hummed the tune of the song.

1x Kermov Class Guided Missile Cruiser (Upgraded extensively)
3x Zumwalt Class Destroyers
5x Horizon Class Frigates

The New Folsom Region Goverment immediately starts a meeting on the Soviet-slavya situation.
"We cannot allow a foreign power to interfere with Soviet-slavya's internal problems,we must not let the foreign fleet to be free to react it will only mess up our own interests."

Admiral Zhuchkov:"9th fleet's 3 squadron is in the vicinity of the Kesniov harbor,they are on practice maneuvers,they will be fast to react with an amphibious assault if needed"
Minister of RIA:"Very well admiral,see how the situation goes and send more ships if needed."
The commander of the battlegropup recieves message and immediately sets course to the bay of Kesniov.

4x Tide Hunter Destroyers
3x Suport Troop Carriers with 2000 NFA navy Marines

A pilot from the 59th Heavy attack squadron reports in. "Sir, we've spotted ships coming from the south headed torwards kesniov and more ships off the coast coming from the north. They may be hostile. Permission to verify their intentions?"

"Go ahead" The captian said.

We have dispatched a squadron to help you deal with the separatist threat and to protect the innocent civilians from bloodshed.Our NFA troops are not hostile to you and will provide you with suplies and brute force only if needed in extreme conditions.

We have encoutered a foreign navy task force in the waters.We will need the entire 9th fleet in order to anhilate the enemy fleet without loses.They are still not acting hostile.We will hail them immediately as soon as our reconoisance gets back with valid report.They consist of 8 ships.We still didnt met response from the Soviet-slavya goverment.We urge you to ask NFA to allow more ships or ground troops to come to the vicinity of the situation so we could react quickly to possible treats from the separatists or the other fleet.

OOC to Cukarica: I would love to get in a nice tussle with you, followed by an overwhelming invasion and occupation of your nation. However I think you need to take a large step back. Your nation of 6 million people is now poking a nation of 1.8 billion. Also I doubt your nation has the economic strength to own a carrier, let alone operate one plus a fleet. I suggest reading the stickies here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=543994). I would love to mentor your nation in the art of war making so I recommend looking here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=545309) and, once you've done those i suggest signing up here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=570251) to get some first hand experience in the art of war.

With regards to dealing with this situation I would reccommend re-sizing your fleet. Take away the carrier, and instead have something like 2 Corvettes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_corvette_classes) and no Destroyers...i know it greatly limits your effectiveness, buy your country could not afford more

We would love your help, infact, we need as much help as we need. We have a possible hostility close to CPRSS waters and we cannot watch them as we have dispatched all of our forces to the south. Things are getting worse. They are equiped with Tanks and heavy weapondry such as RPGs. We have nuclear faciltities down in the south and we cannot let them overrun it or we will be forces to move our forces back and start bombing our own facilities. Please Send your brigade south east of the following cities as they're are nuclear programs going on down there. I will send the CPRSSAF to give you guys air support

Their Main forces seem to be coming from Kesniov, possibly their stronghold.

The Nimitz Class Carrier Trefolger arrived on station, and immediatly began running AIP's and SIP's (Air interdiction patrols and Submarine interdiction patrols respectively). The Navalised SU-37's flew around the clock patrols in pairs, they were careful never to leave international airspace.

Be informed that the CPRSS has absolutly nothing to do with what is going on and have no control over it. As you see we have our hands full and about to lose a nuclear facility due to these fascists.

You have been misinformed! Our fleet has simply encountered another fleet who refuses to identify them selves. There has been no fighting, however said fleet has launched an unknown number of planes towards our ships. Such blatant aggression is unacceptable and has forced a reaction, we scrambled four SU-37's to intercept the incoming aircraft, we are waiting for a response from our fighters.
