Well shined boots. Tightened helmets. Excited children. Gawking onlookers. High-flying standards. Winding Cords. Bright Sun. Victory.

All of these shown brilliantly at midday of October 23rd. The entire street was cordoned off, occupied by rows upon rows of ceremonially garbed battalions who had marched there in near perfect unison, the only discrepancies uncatchable to the human eye. Their eyes shown brilliantly, chest puffed out, chin held high, rifles perched in shoulders; this was their day.

Throngs of excited peoples lined the sidewalks, crammed back to the brick walls and store windows. People jostled for views, discreetly pushing and shoving, seizing opportunities to move only a few inches forward. People hung dangerously out of windows, gripping flower boxes and teetering outwards. Flags hung from windows, from small wooden rods clutched in small, grimy hands, suspended in windows and more. Everywhere nationalism was brimming, excited people cheering and shouting, silenced only by movement near the end of the street.

The newly renamed Straβe Boulevard dead ended at a large ominous structure, previously the home of the old government. The broken doors, charred window frames, shattered walls, collapsed roof, and more were hidden by a massive stage erected for the occasion. The criss-cross of steel beams supporting this platform, towering some twelve feet over the first few rows of Sturmabteilung, was covered by beautiful patriotic banners hanging from the edge of the platform. From behind the stage rose a massive poster, Von Wilhelm’s handsome face proudly displayed.

When a line of sharp, automaton military men marched upon the stage and took their seats silence fell over the crowd. Such an immense smattering of people, united for this moment, miraculously silence for this moment. Then he walked on stage.

Von Wilhelm’s surprisingly short character cut quick choppy steps across the stage, arriving behind the podium. His short reddish brown hair was neatly tapered around his head, steady piercing gray eyes, eerily wrapped in a golden-ring, took in the monstrous assemblage of people. Von Wilhelm reached down to the side of his dark green ceremonial uniform, wrapped his beady right hand around the hilt of his saber, and drew it from its scabbard.

“This blade, coated in dry blood as you can clearly see, cut the throat of that damned fool who purported himself a man of the people. With this, I ended the life of the most miserable man to rule these collected states. When his leadership brought a downward spiral for this nation, losing wars, invading armies, and floundering economy, he sought to return us to 1994. His policies did just that – this nation devolved and fell backwards in time. But no longer!”

Immense cheering and applause erupted from the crowd as he held the saber high, sun glinting of the few still metallic stretches.

“We have finally returned to the present! It took years, tears, lives, and lots of work – but we’re home. These glorious White States have finally reached their potential! We have our government, our people, our lands, and our desires. Now, we move forward to the future!”

The crowd screamed wildly. Loud voices came together in an audible tumult, children screaming joyfully, waves of applause reverberating throughout. But the soldiers stood still, their gazes fixed forward on Won Wilhelm. Then he turned towards the one State news team on the ground, running a live feed to international news teams around the world. A weaker silence fell over the crowd, muffled cheers and encouraging jabs still echoing out. Von Wilhelm swung the saber towards the camera, mincingly shaking it before speaking.

“And you, let it be known we’re back!

Sheathing his blade he switched his saber for his finger.

“We will not march out under the protection of another nation’s name, now, we march out under only our own name. If you be weak and unworthy, a blight on your region and the world, we shall help. If strong, we deign to dine with you. Only through strength can any nation or any world succeed. Forward, to tomorrow!”

Throwing his hand forward, finger still reaching, he pointed upwards and outward. The rows of soldiers slammed their fists into their hearts before stretching them too, upwards and outward. Fingers curled downwards they broke their silence to shout, in union, “Hail Kaiser!” This they repeated twice before taking both hands to guns, folding them down in a menacing fashion before they stomped their right heels in unison and spun around 180 degrees. In ordered fashion they began marching out and away, leaving the wild, screaming crowds to shower Von Wilhelm in praise. He nodded in acknowledgment before waving twice and turning to exit, military brass close behind him.

Grand Commodora Laura Cromwall Steiner was bored, these briefings tended to have this effect on her. With a smile she floated back to a time where she led her men with an iron fist. They had loved her as a mother, and she had loved them as children. With a slight chuckle she recalled the storming of the capital.

Their hoppers had landed close, too close, and they quickly began receiving fire from both the rebel and loyalist positions. 2 hoppers exploded in midair, little more than 10 meters away. *Bang* the hoppers hit the LZ, Laura was already on the ground yelling through her comm for her men to find cover and engage. The amount of fire was enormous, the Rebels and the Loyalists had united under realization that they had a common enemy. As her unit slowly advanced they began to see other military units running for their lives. Quickley scanning the battle she realized she had to do something to change the tide. Grabbing one of the runners as he passed Laura drug him behind cover, put her revolver to his head, and pulled the trigger. Turning to her men behind her she said the words that became her motto "You have two choices, either you are killed by me, or with me"

"Grand Commodora?"
Laura was snapped back to the meeting.
"Yes Comrade?" She replied innocently

"Uhh Grand Commodora what should we do?....About the re-emergence of the Facist White States?" Replied the head of Foreign Relations Yugurry Borrinco.

"Who?" Remarked Laura absent mindedly

With a sigh Yugurry turned on the television to the international news station. Although muted the images came through crystal clear. Military personnel, sharply dressed, paraded in front of thousands of almost hysterical citizens. Then images of the man's speech were flashed onto the screen, followed closely by the citizens reactions.

With a wave Laura asked the TV to be turned off.

"Reminds me of our beloved nation...His name?" Laura absentmindedly remarked

"Yes Grand Commodora, it does remind one of our great nation...His name is Von Wilhelm. As to how he came into power, that is unknown"

Laura leaned back in her chair
"Send them a formal congratulations, hint at possible alliances and or trade agreements. I sense a strong ally in them."

"Right away Grand Commodora."

__Larry just stepped off of the elevator that connected the Shazbotdom Imperial Palace with the underground bunker that stretched several miles in each direction. The complex was designed as a shelter for governmental officials and their families in the event of a nuclear attack upon the Empire. It also doubled as a facility for the Shazbotdom Imperial Intelligence Agency, which watched Television, Radio and Internet frequencies from around the globe.
__But, he wasn't here to look at just anything, reports were of a nation re-emerging onto the International Stage. The preliminary reports are what caught the eyes of the SIIA and they notified the Imperial Palace as soon as they could. Larry strode down the cooridor as men in various military uniforms saluted him as he walked through the various checkpoints. Needless to say that this area that is connected to the Palace was on none of the tours.
__As he reached the final checkpoint the man saluted then pulled out a key card from his pocket. Larry did the same and they entered their cards at the same time, then put their hands on a scanner and put their eyes up to a retinal scanning device. After the computer system did it's scans, which took about 2 seconds, the door swung upen to reveal a large room with multiple computers, video screens and digital maps.

"Sir. I know you've had partial brifing on the situation but it seems like this nation is possibly a resurrection of a racist regeme. Something along the lines of the NAZI Party of the 1930's."

"This is more unsettling. Give me the latest intel as quick as you can. Bring it to my office as soon as you get the majority of the Intel. I want to know exactly what we may be up against."

"Yes, Sir. I'll attempt to get any and all information together within the next hour at least."

__With that, Larry walked back out the door and down the hall back to the elevator. Before he got to the elevator he stopped in the snack room and got himself a few sandwhiches as he hadn't gotten to eat Lunch yet today. Then walked to the ELevator and headed back up to the main Palace.

Dyelli Beybi was a country which traditionally associated itself with any Nation of somewhat dubious morality that emerged... usually because you could make money through trading with them. However any claim to Master Race status was concerning... mostly because every ethnicity in Dyelli Beybi (with the exception of the Hardmandle) viewed themselves as the Master Race.

There would be no official response from Dyelli Beybi (either of the factions that claimed to be the Government), rather an increased level of espionage activity (and Dyellian spies trying to kill Republican/Monarchist agents depending upon political preference).

Scum.... Snarled Hartman through clenched teeth as he scanned numerous fresh documents concerning the refounding of Fascist White States, a nation famously bulldozed to the ground by vengeful Sentinel forces. How such an event manged to slip underneath the Freekish radar for so long was beyond him, and he knew that had it not been for his decades long service in the halls of Automagfreek that Dreadfire would have his head. Upon gathering the various papers that littered his desk, he made his way towards the waiting helicopter outside the Foreign Affairs Ministry which would take him to the Great Hall where the Supreme Warlord awaited his arrival.

Upon touching down and entering the centuries old building that served as the beating heart of the Empire, Hartman made his way to Damien's throne room where he greeted his Lord and master warmly, then went straight to business. M'Lord, as you can see in these documents the situation is quite....well, unclear. It's been many ages since we were forced to wipe Fascist White States from existance, but our assorted think tanks are uncertain as to wether or not they will still be a threat to the Empire and its interests after all this time.

The fiery Warlord stepped back from his table and thought briefly. A defeated people should know when to stay conquered. After the wars with British Londinium we can ill afford to let an old foe regain strength for even an instant, and I forsee disaster and despair on the horizon for their people. Hartman nodded in agreement, knowing all too well the mistakes that were made in the past. He then questioned Damien as to what steps should be taken, and the two continued their discussion for several hours before a final solution was decided upon. A statement was issued later that night, penned from Dreadfire personally.

It has come to my attention that a cancer that once plagued the Freekish Empire has emerged once again, and I am less than pleased to hear of it. Those who are well versed in their history know that it was the treacherous government of Fascist White States who once sought our protection. From there they went on an invasion spree, and used the name of Automagfreek as a shield in order to protect themselves from retalliation. Few would make a move on any country under Freekish protection, and as a result our reputation was tarnished.

It was in that hour that Fascist White States was removed from existance and made example of. I can say with confidence that Automagfreek will not allow this menace to rise once more, and we will take all appropriate steps to ensure this....be it in the form of isolation, annexation, or annihilation. Rest assured, the intentions of the New Gothic Empire will be made fully known in the coming days.

I also wish to state that any ally of ours who openly cooperates with or supports New Fascist White States will be looked upon with scorn by AMF. This is a situation we take seriously and personally, and I would hate to sour relations with trusted friends over what will hopefully only be a short lived inconvenience.

Yes Lord Damien, it was a government led by a treacherous bastard that did such things. It was a cowardly action by a cowardly man leading an unfavored government. I personally killed that man, that government is dead and gone. It is nothing more than an, unfortunate, aspect of our past.

We do not seek to challenge you, seek vengeance, or whatever you may fear from us. We are here only for ourselves, and for our own national growth. We do not desire any harm to your or your nation.

Isolation, annexation, and annihlation are thing we do not desire, nor do we deserve them. We seek no quarrel with you, and know not why you seek one with us. We have not, and will not, purport to use your name or protection, and apologize for the dasterdly jerk who did so before.

But, we will not allow you to threaten us or use your size to enact your will on us. We, in our current collection, have done nothing to your nation or your peoples. We wish you no harm and do not deserve your ill will. In fact, I would expect well wishes from your nation for destroying the old government that plagued this fine nation.

We are here for ourselves alone, we have no quarrel with you, do not make one.

I do not appreciate your obviously implied hostility, we have done nothing to your nation, nor have we threatened peace. Perhaps the international community at large should be examining your nation, as it clearly is a great threat to international stability and the peace of other nations. Any nation that comes out of the gates swinging at a small, new, innocent nation is a dangerous, rash state in need of constant vigilance. You sir, Larry, control that state.

We do not accept your obvious and inherent attempts to limit our national sovereignty and our right to defend ourselves against national threats. You can not, and will not, bully us to subject to your will. Just because your guns are more numerous does not mean we will bend to your desire.
