To whom it may concern,
Very soon, the Department of Foreign Affairs will begin accepting applications for embassy lots. Each lot will contain an office building, a security barracks, staff quarters, which include the Ambassadorial Suite, a garage that has a maximum space of twenty vehicles, and a Recreational building for the applicants use, as well as a small residential park. There will also be a helicopter pad on top of each barracks building. The Rec-building will include a firing range, a pool, a lounge, and a gymnasium, plus large, open rooms to be used as the Ambassador sees fit.
We do not intend to make a generalized restriction on weapons or vehicles, and instead there will be a Steel Wolf(Paramilitary Police) officer-consultant on staff do decide what will be accepted or not. Applications will be judged on a case-by-case basis. All security staff will be issued concealed carry licenses when they arrive. Also remember that our laws do not allow weapons that cannot be fully concealed by normal, everyday clothing to be carried in public, as this may disturb or frighten our citizens.
Please fill out the following form for our mutual convenience.

To the Chazakian Foreign Agency,
It was on the form to give the amount of weaponry, but we will assume that you are bringing eleven SMGs, plus replacements as necessary, and the proper permits have been written. You are cleared for Embassy Lot One. Have a good day.
Sub-Department of Consular Affairs.
To the Leocardian Ambassador,
All fine, though you may consider resubmitting your application with smaller arms that your security staff will be allowed to carry in public. Anything that may be concealed can be carried, and the proper licenses have been made out. However, we do not allow weapons that might disrupt civilians to be carried. If you were to come with these rifles, you would only be allowed to carry them on Embassy grounds. Also, Embassy One has been claimed, so you may claim Lot Two. Have a good day.
Sub-Department of Consular Affairs.

To ViZion Ambassador,
Dear Sir or Ma'am,
there are a few issues to be cleared in your application. Firstly, though Steelios is landlocked, the Capitol is situated in the mountains, so no matter where you are, you will have spectacular view. Secondly, we do not normally permit such heavy weaponry in the Capitol. However, as guests in our country, and because of your good intentions, we will allow you to bring these weapons as long as they are kept in a locker that has only two keys, one of which will be kept by a Steel Wolf Officer, the other by anyone in your party you deem fit to give it to.
If any attempt is made to copy or duplicate this key, the weapons will be removed and shipped back to your home. The weapons we would like to be locked up are:
All rocket launchers
Any Machine gun not placed at a defensive position.
Also, we cannot permit any weapon that cannot be fully concealed to be carried in public, as this may disrupt the citizens seeing them. Therefore, concealed carry licenses have been made out to all of your security personnel. They may arm themselves with any weapon that cannot be seen when concealed by everyday clothing(i.e. a coat, jacket, etc). Please note that these restrictions are only made on weapons taken into the city. Just as it is a citizens right to arm themselves with small arms in their own homes, so may you on your embassy grounds. Have a good day.
Sub-Department of Consular Affairs.

To Mister Aakhu,
Unfortunately, we cannot allow more than one helicopter, as there is only one helipad per lot. Also, please remember that weapons that cannot be fully concealed by everyday clothing must be kept on the Embassy grounds. Thusly, we would suggest bringing more handguns for your protection, if your guards feel it necessary to carry weapons in public. If you attempt to remove the larger weapons from the Embassy, your guards concealed carry licenses will be revoked until we have decided there was just cause. This is standard policy, and all nations entering Steelios are under the same rules.
Have a good day,
William Ginver
Officer-Consultant of the Embassy.

To Mister Aakhu,
I am sorry, but I fail to see the necessity of having two military helicopters on an Ambassadorial mission. Unless you can provide a reason for this, we cannot allow it.

To Mister Aakhu,
Of course you may keep your rifles on your Embassy and on your security personnel as long as no citizen notices and complains.
