While the numbers say he is getting old, his seemingly unbreakable spirit and attitude beg to differ, having overcome three cancer onsets in the past ten years, four heart attacks, and a stroke that has left him partially gimp in his right leg. A real fireball, but with a big heart, he always speaks his mind.
He has two children; son - Trevor, 58 - and daughter - Silvia, 57. Six grandchildren range from 28 to 35 years old, and sixteen grandchildren ranging from four to 13 years old.

Ambassador's Biography: William Spark, 29, was born during the Unification Wars, and has fought his entire life. He took his trial by fire at age fifteen, when he joined his local militia to fight off the Reclaimers. When the Unification took place, he took command of the 1st Regulars and captured Galla Falls, one of the largest cities in Steelios, without firing a shot. He so impressed the dwellers with his Unification Speech, they laid down their guns and were accepted as the second United City-State. Because of his past, he is the most respected diplomat Steelios has to offer.
