The Hyperborians were now getting ready for a new way for wageing war. The idea came from Noyan Jimadailia, one of the many Noyans (a title like Moff) that ruled their Sectors. Jimadailia planned the use of raids to Project the power of the Hyperborians Galactic Khanate.
Raids on planets would be the best way to make sure the Galaxy knew that The Hyperborians were still around and as powerful as ever, It would also be a poweerful weapon of fear, The raids would make many cringe at the thought of a vist by the Hyperborians.
