Official Communique
From:High Chancellery Office, CSS Ministry, Foreign Affairs
To:Member states of the Confederacy of Sovereign States


It is my great pleasure to invite each of you to the Republic capital of Gatawa to attend a meeting with each of the member states that make up the great alliance that is the Confederacy of Sovereign States.

In this summit it is my hope to discuss matters both economic and matters relating to the defense of our great nations and the CSS military as a whole.

The summit will be held in the newly erected CSS complex, an area designated soley to offices, embassies, housing, and other instutions that deal stirctly with the alliance, there is also under construction a CSS Congress hall under construction so that congress may meet as needed.

A large Judicary complex for the CSS high courts and a prison system are also currently under construction within the CSS complex

I look forward to hearing from each of you and welcoming you personally to the Imperial Republic

Grand Duchy of Tarlag


The Grand Duchy of Tarlag will accept your gracious invitation to your announced summit. Unfortunately due to matters at home neather Duke Ozgood or myself will be able to attend. This being said The Duke will be dispatching Lady Paladin Leeanara Moonshadow. Paladin Moonshadow will have the full backing of the Duke's Government in any desision made by her or the CSS governing body.
The Duke will also be sending Lady Classira De' Traveler the Dukes eldest Daughter.

Due to the fact that Paladin Moonshadow is attending the standard security detail of DEST personal will not be sent. In their stead a detachment of Knights of Ironhold will be providing security for both the Paladin and the Duchess.
