BRIEF HISTORY
As some may know, Vexaton completely dissapeared from the world stage about six months ago when it's viciously disturbed Dictator began a staunch isolationist policy. And it grew further - the citizenry of Vexaton even unable to leave the nation itself while they were being massacred for crimes not yet committed. Two weeks ago, the anti-Fatherist forces finally defeated Father at Sand Haven, took him prisoner and have so far made amazing reforms within this short time. Now, completely abondoning Father's isolationist policies, they look forward to a new era of peace and prosperity.

Vexaton has always been rather infamous for its deceptive use of submarines, commonly refferred to as "the underbelly of the sea." Common strategy was to use highly efficent and deadly submarines in effect to attack flagships from the bottom, so as where a coastline would look defenseless, it was actually packed with submarines ready to annihilate.
After Father was defeated and Vex restored it's government, approximately 40,000 submarines were recovered and are in the process of being prepared. Previously, when Vexaton was of isolationist policy and Father's rule, there were 500,000.
