Official Imperial Statement

His Holy Majesty, Emperor Nikolai I, beloved by God, beloved by his people, most kingly, most magnanimous, has seen the collapse of order in the world with sadness. With the infinite failures of democratic, liberal minded organizations, the future of the world is dark indeed. In his infinite wisdom, His Holy Majesty has decided to gather the Empire’s oldest allies in Sofia, that a new organization may be formed, based upon the principles of faith, order, and autocracy.

To Emperor Bhalk of the Borman Empire, and the Ruler of the Empire of Kregaia, His Holy Majesty extends his invitation to meet in the capital of Generia, where he will unveil his proposal. Together, it is assured that these three greatest of men will craft a new manifesto and the work of restoring kingship and order to the Earth will begin. May God smile upon them.

OFFICIAL DIPLOMATIC COMMUNIQUE

To: Our Most Excellent Peer, His Holy Majesty Nikolai of Generia

Greetings, brother!

We extend Our most ardent thanks for Your Majesty's generous invitation. Too often of late has this world been wracked by disorder and shaped by the hands of lesser creatures. We had almost despaired, seeing the dross and filth that profanes this world, but We have hope that in the royal presence of Your Majesty and Our brother the Emperor of Borman these problems may be resolved.

If it pleases the gods, We will attend Your Majesty in Sofia at your earliest convenience. Extending once more the thanks of the Imperium, We prepare to embark for Sofia with joyous anticipation and await the opportunity to commune with Your Majesty again.

Written by the Hand of the Emperor:
The Most Imperial Highness, His Divine Majesty the Emperor of Kregaia
Ishamael the Second

Latican Imperium

The Imperium would like to gain entrance into a clique that shares the same views as ours. If allowed Lord Leonardo L. Rické will be attending as the representative of the Imperium, with an escort of eight practitioners of Ka Shin Do (alley cat style), who, depending on permission, may be carrying weapons in the caliber of sub machine gun, more specifically, the MP7.

To the Government of the Latican Imperium

His Most Holy Majesty has seen fit to allow your nation to dispatch a representative to Sofia to attend this gathering of great kings. The Empire will permit your escorts to carry arms in the city, however, within the confines of His Majesty's White Citadel and the meeting halls within, they will have to check their weapons. We hope that this is acceptable.

Official Imperial Statement:

It is assured, Emperor Nikolai I, best of men, most holy of the holy, bless by all above, loved by all around, triumphant over all those below, that Emperor Bhalk himself shall be at this most glorious of meetings. The Wise Emperor is proud to see that the most magnificent of ideas hatched by Nikolai and Bhalk is finally coming into being. He is jubilant at the prospect of finally creating a manifesto, through whose word and declarations this most majestic assemblage of powers can begin to reclaim the world from the plague that has overtaken it. Emperor Bhalk only wishes for this noble bastion to begin “a-shinin’” as soon as possible.

En the Enclave
The guards surrounded El Emperador Fernando B. Agüero, an aging man of having eighty-eight years of age and guilt on his shoulders. "Well, what's going to be the opening for this manifesto, everyone knows it takes some damn good early writing to keep the young leaders of today willing to read the entire damned peace of paper." His tone was thick with a Nicaraguan accent, but he was an intelligent doctor, had good military sense and was an enspiring orator. "I also propose something that changes the "in"s en the manifesto to "en"s, a change that the Imperium is willing to pay a supple price for." Agüero cracked his back, it caused a spine-chilling sound en the room, magnifying his age twice times over. "We should make it also clear that we are a dedicated military force, and I'm willing to offer the 5. Latican Imperial Marines Group, the best trained, best equipped, highest morale, most experienced troops that the Imperium can possibly field. They will be attached with several Naval Latican Artillery units, along with the 4th Latican Naval Grand Fleet."

OOC: Skipping past arrival to keep things moving.

IC: "Just a moment, Emperador."

The words seemed to come from nowhere, so softly were they pronounced, but as Emperor Ishamael held up a hand, it became apparent who had spoken. The man often used this tone, silken and quietly dangerous, dripping authority, but then Ishamael played his voice like a harp, alternating between biting sarcasm, cold rage, and regal aloofness as required. At the moment he spoke soothingly, trying to slow down the pace of things.

"We are not so sure that military forces should be committed directly to the Enclave; such a thing might be injurious to Kregaian morale and the pride of the Armed Forces." The Immortals flanking him didn't bat an eyelid, of course, but his aides shifted slightly, and one knowledgeable about the Kregaian Inner Court would have instantly known the name on each of their minds: Rahvin. Even the Emperor would think twice before delivering such an insult to the hero of the nation. "That said," Ishamael went on, voice betraying none of his own thoughts, "even that issue is not relevant before we determine what this group is, and what it is intended to do."

"Come Ishamael, let us not fool around. You know what and why The Enclave was born, let us instead move past debating a known thing, and towards our organized doctrine, our manifesto. Our words must be selected carefully, there can be no ambiguity, nor room to twist and stretch them. We need a clear, strong, beautiful declaration. I had something hasty I'd scribbled up, well intending to cut over three quarters of it, but I don't know where I placed it..."
