The Department of Foreign Affairs would like to announce that Chazaka has opened it's doors to the international community by allowing them to create embassies in our country,we feel that our isolation from the international community was unnecessarily hurting Chazaka, The embassies will be located in one of Three available streets, All located in prime spots in Capital Chaziton, The streets are these: Nyx Avenue, Apollo Way, Tartarus Street.

Note: All Vehicles are limited to 4(previous nations get grandfathered in) and need to be hybrids or non gasoline running due to the general lack of gasoline in Chazaka. For weapons please state what kind and please bring at least one variety of non lethal, automatics are strictly regulated so keep them on embassy property. All scoped weapons are also tightly regulated(don't let them leave embassy property). For personnel please limit to 70 and 35 guards. All embassy will come with a fortified locker in their basements all weapons not in use are to be stored there.

Also your SUV what do they run on?(gasoline in Chaziton/Chazaka is rare(which is why I was asking for hybrids, and gas guzzlers would not be recommended)(I've debated whether to move Chazaka into a hydrogen based system or not, for now I'm mostly using bio fuels and diesels) We also recommend that you install (locks?, I don't know the correct term) on your weapons that only allow them to fire semi automatic bursts as we are now cracking down on automatic weapons and their usage in Chaziton.

As for your special requests, we have already constructed new lots for nations that wanted special spots so constructing your requested additions and location is no problem, we must warn you though that all parks in Chaziton/Chazaka are public so we recommend keeping a firm handle on your Hounds. We will need more information as to what your war hounds need in their quarters such as if they can be kept in the same area or must be kept in separate quarters for fear of them attacking each other or some such.

Also all but your pistols must be kept in a locked safe in your embassy and only used in general states of emergency(or attacks on your embassy). Failure to comply with this is grounds for dismissal.(I've been too lax on my gun control laws so time to show some muscle :) )

The vehicles listed on the form run on diesel as we find that it is generally more attainable abroad than biofuels. However, ZMW also manufactures a version of both the Royale and the Chariot that runs on E85 part-ethanol fuel. If this type of fuel is readily available, we will gladly send these vehicles instead.

All weapons other than the Side-arms and Nightsticks will be kept locked in an Armory within the Embassy perimeter.

As for the Hounds, a Stable up embassy grounds is perfectly fine. The floor must be five inches of thick concrete covered in four more inches of Dirt. The walls are to be Metal Reinforced concrete no thinner than 4 inches with a 1 inch lining down the center of the wall. No windows are to be placed between the stalls, and front gates may be barred gates or solid gates. The gates must have openings in them to see directly forward of the stall. A smaller door in the full size gate is required to allow rider and trainer entrance through the gate without opening the main gate. All hounds may be quartered in the same Barn. The Carriage can be Garaged in the barn as well.

I assure you we will take all possible precautions when running and exercising our hounds. We will be sending a number of the best trained Hounds in the professional Military's complement to allow us to assure you we will have the most well behaved and controled Greater War Hounds available at our Embassy.

A connected Tack and Harness Room must be connected to the Barn.

A Short History: The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde has alway been a little isolated Country that opened it's doors to the world, the people of the Grand Duchy of Noordeinde were first affraid that international contact would harm them, but with now having embassies in over 15 countries the people seek to more contact with the world, because they saw that contact with other countries wouldn't harm them at all, but that is was one of the best bills ever accepted in parliament to seek international contact. Because the results of international contact are only positive.
