History Of The Armed Republic Of DeCoste

Following the second world war the United States and Canada were being flooded by refugees from the once proud nation of DeCoste ,Following the Soviet occupation much of its population immigrated west. Unable to handle the influx of refugees both the US and Canadian govenment decided to find a place and a home for natives of the old DeCoste. After 25 years of unstable peace a civil war broke out causeing mass panic amongst the government as it has not taken defence as a priority and 1 year later a new government emerged. It was during this war that the 27th Kings guard was formed , originally the 27th Static Infantry. On the 6th of October the 27th was tasked with defending the parliment house from an impeding attack by a mass rebel force. With only 37 men the 27th held out for over 12 hours against an enemy force of over 500 strong. When the new government came to power they were so moved by these men and their act of bravery to allow them to be their personnel guard when on parade and in the palace. In 1999 there was a rebellion in the capitol city of St.Granin. 1,000 armed men stormed the parlimentry house only to be met by a division which had been sent by the neighboring country of Nomadlivainia only hours before. After this the government knew that it could not trust its civilians and began the process of mass barcodeing. Every man , woman and child was givin a specific number that was then tatooed into their arm. This was to help with security and tracking and if you were found with it removed you were immidiately brought in for questioning and thought of as a spy.

It is unknown by most government officials that DeCoste had also sent 100 personnel to carry out covert operations in the Vietnam war. They had tried and failed twice to assasinate Ho Chi Minh and were almosts discovered on the second raid. There were also rumors of plans to kill General Westmoreland due to a dispute between Mac C and The DeCoste special forces but there was never such an operation. It is also unknown that the a small group from the DeCoste SF had accompanied some US Infantry and took part in the infamous My Lai massace. The 27 personnel involved were tried and sentenced to death for disgraceing their comrades and their country.


On the eve of the millenium there was a riot in front of the government house of over 5000 , the reason is still unknown, When they refused to disperse the security force and military were authorized to use deadly force and began fireing into the crowd. 346 civilians were killed includeing children. The majority of the protesters were gathered up and sent to "reeducation" camps build in the north for political prisioners and unruley civilians. That year was not all bad thought. in March of 2000 DeCoste successfully launched its first object into space. It had onboard 4 people all of which returned the following week.

The following year in 2001 the military began conscription and makeing military service of 5 years compulsory. Also that year after Sept.11 , DeCoste joined the coalition and send 20,000 soldiers into Afghanistan. After an attempt on his life James West started to purge his government of those he saw as untrustworthy. Along with his political purgeing James West also went as far to kill over 5,000 civilian who had relations with the said party members. It was at this time that the DeCoste federal secret policeing group was formed to carry out covert and often illigal operations with relation to the government. The government is known for funding guerrilla groups around the world. DeCoste is a not so well known country but its military has been hailed as one of the best trained and most professional forces in the world.
