To the Respected and Soveriegn Nations of the World and whoever else this may concern:
The Armed Socialist Federation of Keyshona has ended its long period of isolationism and is now opening its doors, seeking diplomatic, military, and a trade partners.
As some of you may know, the Federation was hit by a massive wave of terrorist attacks eight years ago and as the insurgents organized, the government effectively sealed the country, barring international trade and effectively eliminating all tourism and travel through the borders of Keyshona. The rebels and guerillas were crushed relatively quickly by the Keyshona military, but our knowledgeable and cautious government kept the country sealed, those that managed to leave were prohibited from returning and international trade was limited to nations in the region.
However, five years after our nation celebrated in victory, we have decided to re-enter the international scene and hopefully assert ourselves as an advanced nation seeking peace and justice.
If you would like to begin negotiations or talks concerning trade agreements, alliances, or the simple establishment of embassies or consulates, you may resond to me personally, but it may be more effective to simply contact my department on the Keyshona diplomatic Colony of Rapturre or to correspond directly to the executive branch in the Keyshona capital of Kunst.
We appreciate any nations williningness to cooperate with our glorious state.

Keyshona was established 2003 (RL) so its pretty old and has headed its share of alliances including the once formidable New Jewish Alliance which counted Allanea, the Macabees and Garrison II among its members.)
