The text of the letter that was to be distributed around the world was finalized. Elliot Carver, the media magnate that ran the entire show, looked over the final copy. "Good, now get it out there."

He pressed a button on his large comfortable swede swivel chair. A wall of Television monitors sprung to life. Each was the face of the man or woman responsible for various operations of the Carver Media Group.

"Gentlemen and Lady, I have a new story for you. I want it on everything. 'Carver Media Group Breaks New Ground'. He raised his arms and had is hands part as if seeing headline floating in mid air, slightly above him and and infront of him.

"The Carver Media Group expands to bring it's quality services to more people and improve existing news for it's current news-readers. I want that story on every outlet. I want it mentioned on every TV and Radio news show, I want it in every newspaper and magazine. Get to it!"

"On it now, Mr Carver" and other such similiar responses came from the men (and one woman) as the connectiojn broke.

There was a self-satisified smirk... as he remembered that there was going to be another Space Mission by the Bazalonian Space Federation, the Space Agency of Bazalonia.

"The Totalitarian State would be more then happy to allow the Carver Media Group to operate within the Red Tidean borders, assuming the Carver Media Group is willing to establish a seperate studio that operates exclusively for the Totalitarian State of Red Tide and has all of its content subjected to review by the State Intelligence Commissariat.

On the other hand, should the Carver Media Group be unwilling to provide these simple measures, then it will not be allowed to operate within the confines of the State."

To the Totalitarian State of Red Tide;

Thank you for allowing the Carver Media Group access to your mass media markets. I would like to personally visit the Totalitarian State and oversee construction of our facilities in your country.

In addition I have some propositions to make which I would believe be beneficial to both of us, as such I would like to engage in meetings with appropraite members of the Government.
