I, Sergei Kalvinsky, along with the Parliament which helps rule Scravor, have decided to accept ambassadors into the nation, for better links to other nations. This decision was reached after our successful embassy in the Vamperial Kingdom of Lynion was established.

We do have a few requirements. All vehicles must be enviromentally-friendly, as we have a strong, pro-enviroment policy here in the Free Land. Your ambassador may not bring an aeroplane or any sort of aerial vehicle. Instead, he or she may arrive by ship to D'Gardes Island, the capital of Scravor and the largest island of the archipelago. No automatic weapons or sniper rifles larger than 50 .cal may be brought, as Scravor is a peaceful land, and we don't particularly like that sort of thing. Once on D'Gardes Island, the ambassadorial vehicles and weapons will be inspected. If there is any breach of contract between your nation and ours, the embassy will be terminated, the ambassadorial vehicles and weapons confiscated, and the ambassador and his/her staff deported.

The Tilsitsinian people would be most honored to establish diplomatic relations with the great nation of Scravor. We are most excited with this opportunity, but have only one crucial request:

With the security and safety of our ambassador in mind, we respecfully request permission to bring with us two unarmed helicopters for the purpose of emergency transport of the ambassador and key embassy staff. These will only be used in the event of an absolute emergency, as the Tilsitsinian ambassador to Scravor deems necessary. Otherwise, in keeping with your nation's stated policies, we will refrain from using any aerial transport on a day-to-day basis, and will even ship in the required helicopters by sea with incoming embassy staff.

If this request is acceptable, we look forward to formal establishment of diplomatic relations and further results of what will surely be a mutually-beneficial relationship.

Before we allow your ambassador into the country, I have to say a few things. First of all, you're cutting it quite close to the mark with a sub-machine gun, but after you have so kindly welcomed Alexander Gorka into your nation, I suppose it is only right to make an exception this once. Now, a question: Are your SUV's and limousine hybrid? They may only enter our country if they are: And in fact, if they are electric, not hybrid, we would love to bring them in and study them, as our Automobile Manufacturing Industry is working on creating their very first electric-only model. Also, your special requests are merely small things, all of which we allow. I have put an embassy aside for Ambassador Jordan and his staff, and I eagerly await your response.

Sub-machine weapons are the only high-powered weapon we allow to send into embassy since assault rifles are a no go zone for most nations. Our vehicles are hybrid class and we intend to keep pollution to a min as possible. Don't make exceptions all the time as people might take advantage of you. Enroute to Scravor

Jordan looked up as Captain Rex, Lieutenant Cross and his privates were all seated around a table as Jordan's dauhter joined them in the card game. They all had emotionless looks as Cross was the first to move.

"I raise you ten and show," stated Cross as everyone took a deep breath. "Full House,"

"Blast, that beats my High Straight," complained Rex as Jordan showed four cards that were in a row.

"I believe a Royal Flush beats anything," stated Jordan in a deep voice as he showed Ace, King, Queen, Jack and the 10 of Spades as he took the pot of money.

"This is Lny Flight 5-63 requesting permission to land," came the pilots voice over the intercom.


OOC: I presume when you meant by keeping an aircraft, you meant its stored in a hanger not a plane delivering the ambassador and cargo and then taking off?

OOC: Yes, there can't be any aircraft stored in a hanger. Just delivering the guy is fine.

IC: "Lny Flight 5-63, you have permission to land. I suggest Ash Island Airport, unless you prefer a nice green swath of forest to land on." , replied the air controller. Muffled sniggers came from the intercom.

"All right, all right, that's enough, fellas.", said the deep voice of the tower boss. "Haven't you heard? The esteemed ambassador of Lynion is arriving today. Wouldn't want him to get the wrong impression, now would we?"

There was a chorus of "no"'s from the crew. Then the tower boss said into the intercom, "As my delinquint controllers informed you, you are free to land, Lny Flight 5-63. Anytime you're ready."

"Ahahahaha," laughed the pilot as the ambassador's daughter won a round of poker. "Copy that Control Tower. Also, tell your boys they have a sense of humour,"

The plane started its landing procedures as the cargo bay was full of vehicles that were to be used as escort but the limo couldn't arrive so they'll have to explain that to the hosts. The plane landed smoothly as the men came out of the plane as they started to bring out the vehicles. The civilians went into the SUV's alongside the Hunters while the ambassador, his daughter and Captain Rex climbed into a smaller version of a limo but was a very fancy car.

"How do we explain to our hosts about the hybrid car that was meant to be the limo father?" asked Amy, Jordon's daughter.

"Simple," replied Rex. "With the rare samples of limo's in Lynion, we classifiy the Toyota Supera as our limo because it can handle the terrian back home and its the only type of limo we got for ambassador's," finished Rex as the car went in between the SUV's as they headed towards the main gate.


OOC: I know, its humliating but a Supera is the smaller Lynion version to a limo because limo's can't handle the terrian back in Lynion and ambassador's perfer supera's rather than a limo.

"Thanks, pilot, I will." , the control boss turned to his crew. "Hey, boys, you hear that? You got a sense of humor! Something to make up for your lack of brains, I guess." A round of laughing "boo"'s broke out as the intercom was turned off.

Outside the main gate was a harbor, with a large ferry, bedecked in the colors of Scravor, docked at it. As he saw the ambassador's convoy coming out, the ferry's captain waved to them from the harbor and beckoned the convoy. "Over here! I'm to take you to De Gardes Island!"

OOC: I like the name. It's like the name of a villain, like, "I am Supera! Fear me!"

I apologise, but automatic and semi-automatic weapons have been banned from entrance into Scravor. I have only made one exception, for the Vamperial Kingdom of Lynion, as the Kingdom was already a friend of Scravor. However, as soon as you change this small detail, you shall be welcome into Scravor. Oh, and please make sure any vehicles you bring are hybrid or electric.

Are you really that worried about the safety of your ambassador? Well, the building is easy to arrange, as we have one like it on De Gardes Island, in the government compound where all the embassies are: it is the former Parliment building. OOC: EH, I'm messing with another game right now, so I don't really know...

The convoy went onto the ferry as they waited to cross to the other side. The captain, the ambassador and his daughter were playing another friendly round of poker while they waited for the ferry to go across to the other side of the sea.

"Rocking ferry and trembling enemy," started The captain as he quoted something.

The ferry captain undocked and started the engine of the ship. Though it was a large ferry, it moved smoothly over the water. He headed down to the deck and proudly said to the ambassador, "This is a state of the art ship, one of the best in Scravor. President Kalvinsky had it 'specially brought out for you, and your people."

The group of cars travelled onto the ferry as Rex took out a mat in front of the Ambassador and his daughter. Rex pulled out his modified MP5 as he removed the clip and started to clean it to pass the time.

"Bored are we Rex?" questioned Jorden as they waited to get to the other side of the river.

"Ahh..." started Rex as he was half way through the process as he started to put the SMG back together. "Some times, you need to do something to pass the time," explained Rex as Jorden laughed for a moment.

"Captain, do you mind if I ask you something about your military career?" asked Jorden as rex nodded his head back towards him. "Who did you train under while you were training to become a Captain in the Hunter Threate?"

"It was Vamperial League Grand Master Rathma Phoneix," started Rex. "I was his apprentice alongside two other's but its being a while since I've heard from him,"

"There's alot of rumours going around about that man," started Jorden.

"Well sir, Phoneix could be the Lord of the Underworld for all I care," finished Rex.
