Development History
Shortly after the international crisis involving the Dyriiad Federation and Kalu, it was realized that the DEFCON System was not adequate for encompassing all threats, and different systems were needed with it. Thus, for standardization, the military designers at the Republic Research and Development Commission decided to create a new system, that encompassed virtually every threat to Erid'Lor. They ended up creating the NAMCON System.
