[OOC: No, no hand waving, I will give you detailed pointers on improving whatever it is that needs improving. Have an item you will RP with, I can work out, and refine the artistic details of the item for later RP us. Say it's a city, I will give you detailed info on architectural improvements for government buildings, improvements for streets and sidewalks that make them more appealing, and park layouts. Things like getting the rights trees to line a street, ones that work well with the architecture and color of the buildings, or putting a pond at just the right spot to complement the layout of a park.The detail, I can provide the detail, it's all in the detail. I can also handle the tedious details of finding the best contractor, and suppliers for the projects. Get it all organized, and put it all together, if needed.]

Confederation of Third Spanish States Cooperatives

The Confederation of Third Spanish States Cooperatives would like to contract Jones and Smith for a commemorative moment we are currently planning. The Monument of the Martyrs of Freedom is an ambitious project, currently in design phase, intended to be built in honor of both known and unknown men in history, from the dawn of civilization, to the modern age and beyond, that have sacrificed and/or dedicated their lives for the cause of freedom. However, this memorial must have the necessary structural flexibility and additional space for more and more names to be inscribed upon it. For even now, men who we fortunately have the names of sacrifice their lives for such noble cause. Some have gone as far as to suggest the construction of a space elevator, large enough to fit the millions of names that would have to be added, although we believe there might be a more practical, cost-effective and aesthetically pleasant alternative.

It is for such reason, the search of a viable concept for a memorial of such scale, we are willing to contract your consulting firm to devise a monument worth of the cause it represents, and of all those who died for it. We hope that your firm is up to the challenge, which we are aware that is not easy, for there are many ways to create such project, to sculpt and construct it, but few are truly practical or conductive to the necessary symbolism of freedom.

Well the task you presented is difficult, we will work on a concept, and have a mock-up ready as soon as we can. We assure you we will do our best to fulfill your requests. We do not have any questions at this time, though we may run into some while working on the mock-up.

I need a parliament building for my Representative Assembly (100-103 members) and a parliament building for my Senate (50-54 members). I need office space for the Reps and the Senators. I also need a Cabinet building to headquarter all the ministers. Defence HQ should be built into the VP's residence. Foreign Affairs HQ should be built into the President's residence.

OOC: These would be old buildings, probably 100 years old, influenced by English architecture of the time - except the parliament building which would have been twice as old, influenced by french arcitecture immediately before the original revolution.

I dunno how we could do it IC.

It has come to my attention that my living space, as well as that of my colleagues, the Vice-President and the Prime Minister, along with the working space of my fellow Senators, as well as the working space of the Cabinet and its bureaucracy along with their fellow Representatives, we have put aside money in the budget to restore the buildings. They truly are antiques and the fact that it is on the North side of Révoluton Karé doesn't help either. We have a residence for myself, the Vice-President and the Prime Minister. My residence has its front door face east the opposite for the Vice President with the Parliament building in between. My residence has a South Wing for the Foreign Affairs HQ, the same thing for the Vice President except it is the Defence HQ. The main entrance for both of these HQ's should be facing the Karé. In between these two HQs lie the HQ for every ministry, from West to East, - Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Domestic Affairs, and Minister of Colonial Affairs. To the North of the parliament buildings is the Prime Minister's residence. The architecture of the the buildings around the Parliament Building is largely Edwardian in style while the original Parliament buildings are Uir in style, however with heavy influences from French Gothic architecure.
