I am proud to announce that the Republic of Buranen has decided, after due consideration, to permit all nations to open an embassy in Buranen, as a stepping stone towards diplomatic relations and trade.

Buranen is a large producer of wheat, timber and oil, and we wish to share our natural gifts with the world. The Buranen Armed Forces is a alert, ready military which will protect Buranen and her allies.

We are aware you have oil. We wish to purchase 60% of the stock of all of your oil companies for threats far worse than us may take your oil via military force and we do not wish to see your nation in ruins after a run-in with said corporation (Griffincrest) and if we unite together we stand a better chance.

Dear Mr.President,
Your nation's embassy has been granted. It will be ready for use in one week, in which the Buranener ambassdor will open the embassy along with the Uir ambassdor. We hope that relations between our two nations prosper and we will become great allies.

TO: President of Buranen

This sounds wonderful and the Uir ambassador shall be sent over right away. Perhaps we could meet in person to discuss relations as your country is clearly, like mine, a small fish in the scene we call international politics. By being allies we could possibly help eachother out in times of need. I remember when Uiri was emerging onto the world scene my predecessor helped a country in crisis and our countries are still allies to this day. Perhaps I could attend the opening ceremony and we could go somewhere to discuss the meeting afterwards? Don't be afraid to open up an embassy in Uiri, I can fax you the paperwork ((OOC: link to the thread)) if necessary
