OOC: Um, as this doesn't appear to be closed, let me give you a word of advice.
What grounds do you have to attack this "Sultanate of Rich Texan?" Also, a war declaration needs to be more than just a single bolded and enlarged sentence stating the obvious. Add more details, like what groudn there were, mobilzation of soldiers, etc. This is about as nice a piece of advice you'll get. Most nations will just tear you to shreds instantly.
