There are minimal rules and, for the easiness of Rping, it would be better if they were all in the one country for some reason. There will be a Company if some people want to work for it,

Short Bio: Ashira was first tracked when she was fifteen years old. She was abducted by members of The Company who performed evaluations on her. They discovered, through tracking her that Ashira was showing signs of antisocial personality and psychopathy. She had mutilated numerous small animals and one incident, which unbeknownst to her parents, Ashira killed a classmate who taunted and bullied her. She was never suspected of the crime but Company employees, having discovered her ability and that it was the cause of the death, wrote her off as too dangerous for society, showing little remorse for her actions. During an interview, she severly injured a nurse. Company Leadership decided that the best course of action was confinement and treatment. She has spent the last eleven years as a patient/prisoner of The Company

The Company tried to kidnap him but he escaped and is now on the run . He always visits his girlfreind in his hometown , wich is good for The Company since they can try to use her to capture Micheal.

Short Bio: James, was gifted with his powers since birth, he learned to walk, run, and talk at a very early language. When he was in school he excelled in foreign language studies, due to his omnilingualism abilities, as he grew up he learned that if he saw something on the TV he could mimic it, as such he quickly learnt multiple martial arts, weapons styles, and acrobatics. When he graduated at age 17, he was approached by Oblivion BlackOps with an offer to join them. He flat out refused and after defeating 6 BlackOps members, was taken into custody. He was tested and probed for three grueling years until he escaped, one year ago. He has been living on his own, traveling from country to country, making a living as a martial arts instructor for the past year, but it seems his freedom may not last forever...

Short Bio: Nyx had a fairly peaceful childhood until his powers started to kick in around his 15th birthday. After he had dismantled and reassembled the computer increasing its computing power 5 fold, his parent's had bought him under 20 minutes without any outside help, at first his parent's thought he had just had a very good with tech, after this and several other episodes, they went to their local governmental scientists, who started to probe the boy's powers...

Once the boy's parents were convinced by the government that they would best beable to help him with his increasing powers and need for knowledge, Nyx's life become a blur, he can barely remember the past 15 years of his life, until one day he had decided that he couldn't learn anything more in his current confinement and escaped the laboratory that had been his home for the past 9 years, wishing to look for others of his kind, after briefly seeing a Chazakain governmental report on other people with his gift and other extraordinary powers.

A new building was being constructed on campus grounds, and she had fallen into an open live electrical wire while cutting through it on her way to class. After she survived being exposed to a few thousand volts of electrical power, she found out that she could create and control electricity at will.

Short Bio: No one knows quite how old 'Mr Smith' is but he is estimated to be over 300. He travels around *insert main country for RP* rescuing people from acidents and healing those he thinks deserve it. He is quite bubbly and is rarely seen with out his clown makeup on for the same reason he has never revealed his real name.

'Smith' discovered his near invulnerability when a building colapsed ontop of him and his friend, killing his friend. A few months later his brother injured himself badly. To 'Smiths' suprise minuits after he had reached his brother he was able to stand up, despite having a broken leg a few minuits earlyer.

After several more weeks Smith realized he could heal both himself and others and has been out to help others ever since.

Part of the 'Witchdoktaz' of his clan, he was captured as part of a scientific research program, he broke out and went into hiding. The program was a failure, and all records of the escaped man were destroyed. Since then, he was worked in a number of office jobs, shifiting around every few months just in case someone remembered him.

Bio: Gregori was born in Kaara. He displayed a vast and untameable intelligence from an early age, and was subsequentially sent to one of the most prestegious bordning schools in the world, partially because he was extraordinarily intelligent, and partially because his parents were afraid of him. He kept his powers extremely secret, feering that he would be shunned even more from the society that he had grown to worship from the shadows, basking in it's glow, yet too afraid to actually become a part of it. Out of this, he became extremely possesive, voilently protecting even the most trivial of his posessions. When he was 16, he brutaly attacked another student for stealing one of his books. When the police came, he fought them too, killing most. He then fled, horrified by what he had done, yet strangely exhilirated. He lives now in Kaara, alone.

Either or, it doesn't really matter. So long as we know what it does ^^

I have also decided this thread shall, for easiness sake, be set in America, unless anyone has any better ideas.

Cryo- and Pyro- kinesis are the abilities to manipulate cold and heat, respectively. The seperation of them into two powers is unnecessary, since a manipulator of heat could cause heat to leave an area as well as go to it, thereby controlling all aspects of temperature.

Short Bio:Unsure of exactly how old he is. He has memories of growing up in a forest somewhere under the training of a hunter. He learned to make trappers lines as well as using knives and most importantly to use a bow. Hunting and trapping he lived for a very long time with no way to discover how old he actually was. Some time later he was accosted by a group of strange men wearing odd clothes who attempted to kill him. He fought back killed five and then left. Heading north, he managed to stay ahead of development for a longer time. eventually it caught up eventually, though, he could go no further. Eventually he managed to integrate himself into modern society and now he moves from place to place. He still uses the bow and prefers forests to civilization but he has done everything from working as a doctor to flipping burgers. Currently he is unemployed having amassed a sizable amount of money in various banks by creating accounts lasting 30 years then removing the money. He carries two long knives with him at all times as well as some throwing knives, usually. He has a bow he created himself with a much harder pull than most people could draw. He only carries the Bow if, and when, there is something or someone he knows he's going to have to kill but the knives are with him always.

DaWoad, there's a few things I need you to clarify,

The better eyesight and strength don't really count as powers because they're just genetic rather than an evolution of humanity.

The other problem is, forgive me if I'm wrong here, but a bow cannot be telescopic and still retain it's strength can it? It may be able to but perhaps not the size able to fit on a belt.

The changing of it to a normal bow would be better and more realistic (In an RP about superpowers :p)

Per Alversia's permission and my own lateness/laziness on getting this up...

Alversia: I ended up going with the "mental" theme, but I'm gonna keep the telepathic part of it a bit on the lowdown (still makes my character highly valuable to the company) 'cuz trying to promote that too far might lead to player conflict (hey, realistically we have no idea how this stuff works...). She's essentially the Haitian with a little bit of Matt Parkman/Molly Walker, but none of the memory-messing included.

Biography: Natalie is the oldest of two daughters of a former ranking member of the Company, gunned down in the streets of Amazonia when Natalie was 3 years old. Her mother moved to the suburbs of Washington, D.C. shortly after and remarried, forming family dynamics that Natalie has known for the near entirety of her life.

Natalie is the only member of her family bestowed with powers, yet only her late father knew about them - even Natalie herself has never unearthed what talent she possesses, even with the Company already holding her profile on record. An average high school junior, Natalie lives her life blissfully unaware of anything but the societal norm, even as she is tracked by those who look to control the spread of those with extraordinary abilities.

Natalie's powers make her especially a juicy target for the Company. Bestowed with the unique talent of leveling a suppression field of power negation - a passive ability she has yet to unearth due to her ignorance of talents as a whole - Natalie has dangerous potential in the wrong hands. Her brain also utilizes the undeveloped power to, along the same vein, empathically communicate mentally with others with any sort of special power - though such ability is restricted only to those others with abilities. Such ability also manifests itself stronger in her REM sleep, where Natalie is able to transmit thoughts as if it were a real-life conversation - though to her undeveloped abilities, they seem like any other dream.

Kulikovia, would you plan to let Ashira escape from the company? If so, she could be aided by Max. If not, then that's fine.

Alversia currently has a yet unknown character who is in confinement in The Company who is going to escape. So, I think in the ensuing chaos from that, Ashira will escape. If Max is looking to aide in this escape, then that's fine. I don't know what's happening right now, the plot is mainly in introduction mode right now, Alverisa has the bigger picture.

Nah, just make another one - but a bit more NS based. Perhaps have it in one of our cities?

We can just pretty much copy and paste our previous posts to another thread, simply putting it in a NS city.

Hell, we can call the city, Liberty City or something lke that. I am annoyed by this ncurrent situation but it's nothing we can't get over.
