This is the map we that will have you will choose your claims from, though I will generate a much better map once I find one. As for, acutual claiming of territory each person has nine points, to purchuase the states they want, and from there they can claim the states that they want. though you have a maxium of three states per person. By the way, if I deem it nesscary, I can alot rpers more then three states due to their being a need to have more states filled.

Cost of States:

***Alabama: 3
**California
*Connecticut: 2
***Louisiana: 3
*Maine: 3
**Maryland: 3
*Massachusetts: 4
*Michigan: 3
*New Hampshire: 2
*New Jersey: 3
*Oregon: 1
*Pennsylvania: 7
*Rhode Island: 1
*Vermont: 2
*Washington: 1
*Wisconsin: 3

*Means that the state it is a Northern state.
**Means that it can choose to side with the North or South.
***Means that it is a Southern state.

To note some of you might say that these proposals are rather awkward, but I allowed most of the border states (except Virginia ) to vote whether or not to join the southern movement. As well, some of you will state that California cannot be for the South, but one of their first senators was pro-slavery, which exhibits that it was a fairly divided state with quite a large southern population in its borders that was pro-Confederacy. Furthermore, Illinois’s southern parts where influenced greatly by Missouri and Kentucky so it would be quite possible for the state of Illinois to have, at least, an insurgency in favor of the Confederacy so expect a possible revolt in the Southern part of that state.

Um, is this a runoff of North Calavas's American Civil War RP? And second, is this the American Civil War, or a Modern Civil War?

If it's modern, I claim Texas.

Oh, ok. Thanks for clarifying. I enjoy the Civil War, but mostly only in Re-enactments and Strategy Games.
