Travelers are permitted entry into the Monavian Empire and departure from the same with relatively few restrictions. Travelers need only a valid passport or visa and a secondary form of identification. A passport or visa is valid if it contains a clear photograph of the individual possessing the document and an official seal by the issuing authority.
BLUE
The above restrictions, in addition to the following: the individual will be subject to X-ray search of their baggage and their person.
GREEN
The above restrictions in addition to the following: if any suspicious activity or objects are discovered within the baggage or person of the individual, they may be briefly questioned about their business in the country.
YELLOW
Individuals will have to satisfy the above requirements, and shall not be permitted to stay in Monavian territory for more than 30 days without a signed letter of permission from their embassy. Should they be in violation of the above or any security procedures, they may be detained pending a formal questioning.
ORANGE
Individuals in this category are subject to the above and are not permitted in Monavian teritory for more than ten days. Should they be in violation of the above or any security procedures, they may be detained pending a formal questioning. They may also be restricted to their embassy.
RED
Individuals in this category are not permitted on Monavian soil. Should such an individual be discovered, they will be detained immediately for questioning and if necessary, sent back to their home country. Individuals in this category are usually considered persona non grata and subject to deportation.

GREEN
The above restrictions in addition to the following: if any suspicious activity or objects are discovered within the baggage or person of the individual, they may be briefly questioned about their business in the country.
YELLOW
Individuals will have to satisfy the above requirements, and shall not be permitted to stay in Monavian territory for more than 30 days without a signed letter of permission from their embassy. Should they be in violation of the above or any security procedures, they may be detained pending a formal questioning.
ORANGE
Individuals in this category are subject to the above and are not permitted in Monavian teritory for more than ten days. Should they be in violation of the above or any security procedures, they may be detained pending a formal questioning. They may also be restricted to their embassy.
RED
Individuals in this category are not permitted on Monavian soil. Should such an individual be discovered, they will be detained immediately for questioning and if necessary, sent back to their home country. Individuals in this category are usually considered persona non grata and subject to deportation.
