I have quite a bit of time into thinking what ideas are good rps, but due to the sheer vastness of my powerful brain I cannot decide. As such I must ask NS which of the following ideas would they prefer to work with, and yes the numbers mean the approx. year that the rp starts on you twits.

When you list wars, do you mean immediately after, at the end of, in the middle of, at the beginning of or immediately before the war?

In any case, I think year 0 would be good, given Christ and everything.
Or year 1400 as I haven't had medieval experience.
1950 would also be interesting.

As for the year 0 Christ would not be an event in the rp.

I'd probably like 1400's or 1950's

I wouldn't mind doing a 1400 AD RP, seeing as my nation had contact with Africa back then.

American Civil War RP would be brilliant. We should go for the Timeline 191 deal or perhaps Guns of the South?

Seriously, I think the idea for an American Civil War would be brilliant and simple enough to execute. We could be mostly generals from both sides. I think there can be foreign observers and a few troops sent from foreign countries, but nations outside the conflict should be controlled our at least moderated by the moderator until the South wins a huge victory.

I SERIOUSLY think that an American Civil War RP would be awesome. Especially if we could RP beyond it.

Oh yeah... it started in 1862, so it'd come before 1870s... I just thought you should switch the two around if you're going by chronological order.

I genrally allow people to claim individual states as their own and then cooperate with others, in the case of the American Civil War, to form larger armies as the south rose in rebellion agaisnt what they believed was the beast of the federal government. So a general armies would be mustered, for the south, from the various southern militia while the north has a much more centralized command system.

Some states, also had their own militia's independent of the Federal Army, commanded at the state level, such as the Indiana Legion, which continued to exist long after the war.

Yes... this is quite interesting, I would like to represent Virginia. When will you have the RP up?

I think commanders and units should be represented by their respective states. Like South Carolina units serving in the Army of Georgia (made up example) should be able to be controlled by SC player to some degree.
