After a general of the ruling alliance of militias, the Black Fist, branded the councils of Dignity and Respect 'Fascists and Stalinists', The D&R met in secret in a warehouse to discuss the future of Zansk Anarchy, and whether it was possible at all.
They agreed on a few points:
*Anarchy in Zanski and Mhoudia had enforced a military-based society, which was not sustainable.
*The credibility of this military society was low
*The revolution had lowered the international image of Zanski
*Zanski would remain semi-anarchist, and the Black Fist would become the organized Liberated Territories* Armed Forces
*The worldwide revolution could still be achieved, albeit with a slightly more responsible ideology, Zansk semi-Anarchism
*The only way to move forward without civil war was assassinations

So, yesterday, at the Liberated Territories Militia Council in Xanka, a bomb went off, killing the BF governers of Xanka City, Western Tumad, West Jayiria and Mhoud City, or the governers of roughly 50% of the 'Liberated Territories'. The others were arrested by D&R militia.

Thus, the Liberated Territories are preparing for civil war and will allow any socialist country to temporarily station peacekeeping troops in the LTs.

The Yanitarian government will supply small arms to the semi-anarchist government, and allow the payment to be deferred until after the war. Additionally a 5% discount will be applied. Please include a list of needed materials, and production will begin immediately.

In an obscure database entitled "List of Irrelevant, Useless and/or Just Stupid Nations", a single entry, without any dignity given to it, or official statement, was being added, the first field in it had "Zanski", the second "Anarchy" and the third "Independence Guarantee". The first field remained unchanged, although the second was renamed to "Governmental Scam" and the third to "Listed in Most Unstable and Stupid Nations of the World", and to add to its lack of worth, a fourth field was added with "PS: Don't waste time with it. Democracy only works with intelligent people"

Of course, nobody knew it, and no official statement was given. Considering that the former guarantee of independence was linked with the short-lasted anarchism that ceded to a reactionary government, if they did not realize that their sudden change of political system did not void it, the defacing data in the fields would just be confirmed.
