Librium Fall is a communist nation, voting is compulsory, civil rights a poor and the government is turning to scientific methods, such as cloning, to return the once great nation to its former glory.
Librium Fall is a nation in dire need of help, a nation in need of friends...

Ralkovia will restore Librium with its guaranteed 3 step plan, one become a protectorate of ralkovia and two. Your nation will be restored as resources are looked for and 30% are taken as a finders fee, while another 10% for the cost of building, digging, etc.

Meanwhile, your nations infastructure will be propped up. Your workers will produce much needed ralkovian chemicals and goods and they shall be bought for low costs by ralkovia. Ralkovia then sells the goods to its allies and trade partners. In return your nation gets new factories built for free. 50% of profits go to ralkovia while the other 50% are sent back to your nation.

and 3 After stabilizing your nation ralkovia will keep about 2% of your unihabited land for use as a ralkovian only airport and sea port and your nation returns to its former glory and everybody is happy.

Your nation will be protected by ralkovian soldiers at no extra cost making sure your government stays in power.

President Scott Fisher was reading the morning paper today as an aide approached him with a small booklet in his hands.

"For you, Mr. President. It's a report compiled today about the nation of Librium Fall."

The President thanked him and opened up the report.

"I really don't see anything wrong with this country," he said to himself. "They're just a little communist, but that doesn't mean it's failing... Ah, here we go. Civil rights..?"

He swiveled his chair so he would be facing the computer, and opened up an email to be sent to the Government of Librium Falls.

"If the Government's a problem, guess they won't answer, but it's worth a try," the President said.

My aides have just compiled a short report on your nation which summarizes your nation to be in 'dire need of help'.

I, on behalf of myself and the international community, would like to ask what, precisely, your nation requires.

Official Message from the Office of President

There are dark times for your nation, but we feel we can aid your nation greatly. Our major industries will move into your nation and look for resources for free and build factories for the cost of construction plus an interest fee. This will require your nation to adopt two systems (or just Capitalism) and become a protectorate of Ascelonia. Your workers will become employees of Ascelonian industries (rebased in your nation). We will take the most useless lands you are willing to provide and construct an airport and military base there (to guarantee the sovereignty of your nation).

By doing this, your nation will be able to supplant industries that Ascelonia lacks and Ascelonia will be able to trade products that you can produce with products that we can produce resulting in a greater profitability for our two great countries. You can also send unemployed workers from your nation to be educated/temporarily employed in our nation. I must let you know that you will not be able to fill any economic quotas without trade and factories. To ensure the stability of our trade agreement, we will also supply your military with Ascelonian arms.
