In response to the many alliances of nations who share common principles, The Great Warlord Republic of Rammsteinburg proposes that those nations who have none finally join forces and do... well, whatever...or nothing. It doesn't matter. I mean, who really gives a crap?

Unfortunately, the Commonwealth cannot give enough of a rat's ass to put this on headed paper. However, we would like you to know that if we could be bothered....we would no longer join, as that would make us non-apathic.
But whatever.
