The Patrachian Visa Ministry
The Patrachian government has just announced its intentions to its citizens of lifting its policy of self isolation this highly unpopular policy was adopted to stem the flow of emigrants leaving Patrachus at a time when the economy had been laging behinde other more cvompetitive nation the policy prevented all Patrachian citizens from aplying for work visas in other countries. However the economy is now revitilized due mainly to this and other simlar oppressive policys taken on by the Patrachian government. And so the Patrachian government would like to accept any and all applications from other countries to send working permits or permenant visas to Patrachian citizens
All nations can submit below by stating
(.)Whether they want to send a working or permenant visa or both
(.)How many they wish to send no more than 1500
(.)And any specific skills which must be obtained by Patachian citizens before they will award Visa
