The rouge neighbouring country of Keelingflock has kidnapped 10 labradors and 12 Golden retrievers from the farm of Uncle Oldmcdonald on the border of our nation. This dastardly act has been done by bandits running free and wild in keelingflock. The foreign ministry has time and again requested Keelingflock to reign in their outlaws but all requests have fallen on deaf ears. The Prime Minister of Achyuta labels this a black day and calls for all parlamentarians to come for an emergency meeting deciding on the call for war on this rouge nation. It is well known that Achyuta is militarily much more powerful than Keelingflock but Achyutans are peace loving people and have never gone to war before hence the armed forces are less trained on ground so outcome is volatile.

While the parlamentarians decide the fate of Keelingflock over an all night emergency meeting, General Akimbo Overdrive addresses the nation saying " Achyutan Armed forces are completely ready and whatever our heads of state decide we shall follow to the dot. We are much more advanced in military and technology compared to our fiendish neighbour and we shall free our poor hostage dogs from their clutches within 24 hours from the start of this justified war".

In the meantime the foreign secretary tries to contact the dictator of Keelingflock and demand that he ensures that the bandits release the hostage dogs .

Kêrin Vendikur, a prominent Senator, sat back in his timeshare in the Kiravian ski resort of Kásen.

After the economic segment he was watching ended (All was well, stocks were progressing nicely, his shares in that Sygmir uranium mine were doing nicely...), an elderly Ieurlev reporter came onscreen.

"KBS International News has recieved reports that a small nation has declared war on a neighbouring state over several kidnapped dogs."

"And I thought we were territorial..." he said to no one in particular.

Several attempts by foreign ministry have failed to contact the govt of Keelingflock. The parliamentarians have conveyed that war is inevitable now. General Akimbo tells his soldiers to be brave and fight for their mother country. He declared that all the troops were at red alert state. Helicopter guns ships were fueling up and everything now depends on the final declaration by our great Prime Minister.

In other news Kêrin Vendikur, a prominent Senator of the Kiravian Empire had commented on the situation saying " And I thought we were territorial..." . Our Foreign secretary said that he was sad to hear that other nations felt that we were being territorial when we try to rescue our kidnapped pride and honour.

The Prime minister comes on TV to declare " Fellow citizens of this country, I hereby declare war on our rogue neighbouring state. Our patience has run out and we cannot wait anymore for them to act on this tragic situation. We pray OldMcdonald's dog are all safe and sound. I leave to discuss the attack plans with General Akimbo and Air Marshal Roby "skystreak" Ebinstock. We pray our rescue efforts will come to a successful conclusion"

OOC: To invade a nation over the kidnapping of dogs is quite an interesting casus belli. Also, Achyuta, you couldn't actually find out about the Kiravian senator's remarks. :p

OOC: That depends. The animals could have some sort of spiritual significance to their people. It wouldn't be unheard of, although I'm sure that's not the case here anyway.
