Hello, fellow nations. I, Harold Roberts, am the president of the Republic of Herasia. We have, after due consideration, decided to welcome all nations into ours, to forge friendship, relations and trade. We are a peaceful nation, always responding to requests from our allies to assist them in war, economics and all matters on the international scale.
We believe in liberty, freedom and democracy, but we will not force other nations to accept this. We have a massive Persian Cat population, and I myself, like most Herasians, have one. We teach respect, loyalty and spirituality in schools and universites across the nation.
We hope to become an accepted member of the international community, an established free trade nation, and a true ally.
We welcome all nations to ally with us and we, in return, will ally with you.

Indeed. Domesticated cats are very common, even if less prevalent than in Herasia, throughout the Empire. Christianity is the largest religion in the KE, being predominantly Kiravic or Non-Denominational, though we have a Roman Catholic population of several million.
Further, we would like to invite a representative to our capital, Kartika, to discuss relations.
