After the trial of corrupt LSPD officer Frank Tenpenny led to his acquittal, angry protestors outside the San Fierro County Courthouse turned violent. Angry mobs of looters have ransacked dozens of businesses and a death has been reported. Apparently, the Los Santos Police Department is trying to keep the situation under control, but it won't be long before it deteriorates. Fires have broken out in the South Central neighborhoods of Willowfield, Jefferson, and Temple. As of now, Governor Le has declared martial law in San Fierro and Anaheim counties and the National Guard troops stationed at Fort Sukhoi and Fort Evans are flooding into the disaster area to assist SWAT teams in securing South Central Los Santos. Los Santos International Airport (LSX) has been closed along with Unity Station and the railway tunnels leading to San Fierro. Local citizens have banded together in so-called "protector mobs" to protect homes and businesses against the looters, who seem to be supported by several gangs in Central. No one knows when this riot will end, nor how it will end.

OOC: Assassination is only a small part of what the Lynion Assassin's do. Besisdes, they're the only faction able to be called out to duty because the Regulars and the Hunters are re-building Union and the Lynscert Island. Lynion's don't get paid by other governments to do their jobs unless its a bounty.

4 hours later, inbound to San Andreas

"We're going to do what?" asked Jason as Tal Rasha walked up and down the hull of the C-370.

"We'll be taking part in Urban warfare but with a slight twist to the operations which can be a bit odd at times. Instead of guns blazing, we're going to be taking down the gangs chain of command. That's why most of you are dressed not in combat uniform," started Tal Rasha as the C-370 Pilot's voice could be heard over the intercom. "Rathma will be taking command of Hell Company, Insane Company and Jango Company. I'll take command of Harbour Company, Lindon Company, Lyn Company and Juggernought Company. Those under Rathma's command will be doing intel, key arrests and finding out the locations of the gang lords," started Tal Rasha as he passed by two humvee's. "Remember people, we answer to no-one except a higher ranking officer other than the one in your platoon. For those in Rathma's company's, answer only to him and no-one else. If any leaks are found out, you'll be court martial and sent back home," finished Tal Rasha. "Check your weapons and equipment before we land,"

"This is Lyn Hotel Flight Calling Control Tower," started the pilots voice over the intercom. "Requesting permission to land,"

South Central Los Santos County

Angry rioters in the southern area of town were merciless. Businesses were being looted, homes were being burned, and anyone who was foolish enough to stand up to the rioters was either brutally beaten or lynched. The LSPD created several command posts around the city and fortified key buildings such as the community center, high school, and shopping center to use as makeshift field hospitals and outposts. Riot police, despite their superior weapons, were forced to fall back to the freeway interchange due to the massive number of rioters and risk of collateral damage. The San Andreas National Guard stationed in San Fierro County was deployed to dispatch rioters but they needed more time to prepare.

Officer Kenny Li of the LSPD was holed up at the local police precinct with several fellow officers, gunning down rioter after rioter with the M4A1 carbines stored in the armory. They tuned on to the radio, learning that the rioters were being backed by the Ballas gang, the city's equivalent to the L.A. Crips and their leaders had a bounty on their heads. As the news stated, assassins from Lynion would assist local law enforcement agencies and hunt the gang leaders. He prayed, hoping that his family was safe and his house in Temple was still standing.

"Control Tower to Lyn Hotel, you are cleared to land at LSX. We are providing ground support, over."

NOOSE agents armed with M-16A2s and M4-A1s guarded the airport as Enforcer armored trucks and an M163 Vulcan ADS guarded all exits and entrances.

"Copy that LSX," replied the pilots voice as the C-370's started to land on the runway.

Things were going easy for them as the hull doors opened as the sound of engines could be heard. Two men came forward with artifical limbs made out of machine and extra armour plating around their body. Among them was Vamperial Master Rathma who personally requested to be part of the detachment. As the Lynion Assassin's exited the planes, they helped with the unloading of APC's, attack buggies and light attack vehicles. The APC's had heavy machine guns and a few had gatling cannons. The attack buggies had duel 50 caliber machine guns on the top as they were expecting a full scale war to break out. The commander of the operation was Vamperial Headmaster Tal Rasha, his second in command was Vamperial Master Rathma and third in command was Vamperial Knight Longshanks.

"Dealt with rioters before?" Longshanks asked to Rathma.

"Take out the gang lords first to cut off their chain of command and then we subdue the rioters while we're doing it," explained Tal Rasha. "Mount the men onto the combat units and prepare to enter the city. We need to bring order to this hell hole,"

"Men, mount up and prepare to enter the city," shouted Rathma as the men started to mount up on the combat units.

"Hooray!" replied the men as they mounted up.

If you still need help, Dagobah V will send 1000 of its best Railgun Troopers.

OOC: I think Railgun troopers are FT not MT like this thread is.

OOC: Somehow I doubt you can get a railgun that's a machine gun and can be carried by a trooper. That sounds like FT.

Officer Cheung stepped into the communications post truck, with a relieved look on his face.
"The Lynion troops are here."
"When did they arrive?"
"No more than an hour ago."
"What are our orders?"
"Commissionner Parks told us to hold our ground until they arrive in the area."
"What do we do with the civilians in the gym?"
"We'll have the school buses bring them out. Several SWAT members in the technicals will provide cover. For now, we're stuck here until the National Guard arrives."

Ganton, Los Santos County
Big Poppa: Listen up, Ballas! We are going to roam the streets tonight and enjoy the loot. Those n***as won't have a chance, boys. We gon' loot stores, jack cars, and better yet, pay people to help us do it! And if anyone is in our way, we put 'em down hard, boys. Ganton N**GAS 4 Life!

The APC's and combat jeeps rode through the city streets calmly as they came towards a school area. Rathma wasn't happy about the situation but he found out that he was one of the most skilled commanders the Southern Hemisphere ever seen. However, he was more into fighting rather than putting down riots. But then again, it was all in the line of duty for king and country.

"We got something coming up," started the gunner as he moved the 60 cal around while he kept his eyes out for movement. "It looks like a school with buses and plently of SWAT Teams around. I think those weapons we bought might help the SWAT Teams," finished the gunner as the convoy finally came to the school.

Officer Cheung walked out to greet the Lynion troops.

"Welcome to South Central. I'm Officer Cheung and I'm in charge of the defenses here."

"And I'm Vamperial Headmaster Tal Rasha of the 1st Elite Assassin Battalion sent here to stop a rioting from getting out of hand," started a man with an eye patch over his left eye as he lowered his mouth guard. "We got extra weapons if you require it,"

That kind of tone is not taken lightly by the Imperium. Now, as for your, "WMD"s, they're something called anti-ballistic defenses, so such an attack would be one of very little bang for very much buck. However, if the situation continues to improve then such actions will not be necessary for the Imperium to take, however, if another threat of WMDs is by your nation to the Imperium, then this will be taken as an act of total war, which would, in response, lead to a plausible glassing of your entire government, the nation for the most part will be spared, since they should not have to pay for a poor decision by a few hundred specific people, though there will undoubtedly be civilian casualties if the war is declared.

The National Guard based at Fort Evans was bringing in HMMWVs and M2A2 Bradley IFVs to Unity Railroad Station. A battallion of National Guardsmen were flooding in to Downtown Los Santos to restore order in South Central. Led by Lt. Colonel Doug Wang, the Guardsmen reinforced LSPD command posts around town.

"Listen up, men! The police are being holed up at several command posts around the city. Now, we are going to show these rioters who's boss here. Any of 'em pose a threat to you, you hit them with the tear gas. If they have guns, you respond in kind. Do I make myself clear?"

"YES, SIR!"

"Good. Now let's make things safe once again."

"Bring the extra supplies into the school," ordered Rathma as Tal Rasha watched him for a moment. "Position the APC's into battle format and the others are to take up position. Combat buggies, make regular partols around the school and keep an eye out for any rioters that come near the school,"

"Yes sir," replied the men as they went on to do their jobs.

"You can become a Vamperial Headmaster, Rathma," started Tal Rasha as he approached Rathma for a brief moment. "Maybe as far as Vamperial Grand Headmaster,"

"Sir, with respect, I perfer to be out in the field where I can put my skill to the test," started Rathma. "Woff, Lee and Jian have offered me the title of Headmaster and a seat on the Counicl many times and my answer still remain the same. I will not become a Headmaster because I feel I'm better suited as a Vamperial Master because I'm out on the field training the men and seeing the battle first hand, sir," finished Rathma.

"Calm down Rathma," started Tal Rasha as a group of men passed by them with a box of weapons and ammo into the school. "I understand why you like being a Master. I can understand how you live for the glory of war because you entered the Order as a soldier..."

"I know what I did back then and I don't look back on it. Hell, that's how I became like this," stated Rathma as he showed his cybernetic limbs to Tal Rasha. "I fought with Vamp and I'll die on the battlefield,"

"...I'm sorry about what happened," whispered Tal Rasha as Rathma calmed down suddenly fast. "We need to let the past to stay behind while we focus on the front. I've being ordered to inform you that you might become the first Vamperial League Master. It's a fighting general that has a habit of being on the front lines rather than far behind the lines," explained Tal Rasha. "That still doesn't mean you out rank me Rathma,"

Tal Rasha presented a leather patch that the motto said: "Into Hell we go as our enemy soul burns with fear," said the lower part of the patch while the top part said: "Vamperial League Master," The first two words were on one line while the last word was centred under the two above words. To make things more interesting, it had the motto around the head of a werewolf. It was the early days of the League of Wolves which was destined to become just as powerful as the Vamperial Order in years to come.

"Thank you sir," replied Rathma as he turned back to his men and barked out some more orders as he started to head into the school and asked the nearest man. "Where's the commander of this outpost?"

Several carloads of Ballas came by in a set of sedans. As they approached the school, they were spotted by an officer who yelled, "Hostile in sight! Open fire!"

Immediately, several LSPD officers lifted their M92FS service pistols and opened fire on the car. The gangsters, in turn, lower their windows and unleashed 9mm Glock and Tec 9 fire. One officer then pulled up the Winchester 1300 from his patrol car and put several shotgun shells in one car, creating a bloody mess inside the drive-by shooters. One shooter got out and fired indiscriminantly with his Tec 9 at an LSPD position, only to miss and be shot in the head by Cpl. Harold Greave from the San Andreas National Guard.

In the end, 3 LSPD officers were injured and all the "suspects" were killed, but the National Guard arrived on time. Alpha Company took position at the school and Captain Johnson came out and approached Officer Cheung. "Get these civilians out of here. We'll help the Lynion troops find the Ballas once this 'hood is secured."

"Yes, sir."

"Captain, who's our targets?"

Johnson pulled out several pictures and sorted through them. "First, Frank Tenpenny. We believe he's hiding in this neighborhood on this point in the map. Next, Melvin 'Big Smoke' Harris, who lives a block down the street. Our mission is simple: to secure peace and find these people. They each have a $100 million reward on their heads. Of course, we'll split it with our collaborators here to keep it fair."

"Excellent."

OOC: The commander of the outpost is Officer Cheung of the LSPD, but Cpt. Johnson is taking over.

OOC: Don't mind the flash back, its just how Rathma became Rathma as we know today

Rathma watched the shoot-by as he had a flash back. He watched as the people were gunned down in their car while Tal Rasha noticed Rathma's behaviour. He went over to Rathma and planted his hand on his shoulder as Rathma turned to him for a moment.

"These people are fighting for what they believe in," whispered Rathma as Tal Rasha listened. "Just like the days when I was part of a Rebellion on Union,"

Flashback:
Union, 1975

Rathma could see himself going through the jungles of Union as he helped waged a war against the Lynion Militia stationed on Union. He fought for his faith and believed that the monarchy should be removed, however, the only thing that kept him fighting was his lover. He could see himself coming back after each battle and kneeing down and looking at his lover in the eye. Every time, she was sitting on a chair without any legs. She was born without legs but when they found each other, it was hard to seperate them. Rathma Rebel Commander often put him on the front lines to try and kill him but it never happened. Then he saw the open plains and he started to fight something inside of him.

Present Time
Somewhere in USGA

Rathma suddenly opened his eyes as he breathed heavily. Tal Rasha handed him a drink of water as he turned to face him. Rathma could handle the flashbacks well, but it seemed that he was going to have a lot of memories flooding back to him.

"Hey," started Tal Rasha. "Take 76th Platoon and sweep through the city. I want to hear a report that you took a shot of blood to keep your nerves down and the flashbacks," ordered Tal Rasha as Rathma nodded his head. "Rathma, I was there. So was Woff and Lee. You did the right thing,"

"I know I did, but, is still the right thing?" questioned Rathma.

"You did it for Joanne and that's what counts," finished Tal Rasha.

"76th Platoon! Move up with the National Guard Unit and sweep through the city. We got targets and suspects to take down," shouted Rathma as 76th Platoon rallied together alongside an APC as they started to move with the National Guard Unit.

(I like the flashback. Makes this RP more cinematic)

"Captain Johnson, orders on the civilian buses?"

"Take them to Unity Station now. Keep them there until things are settled down. I'll handle the outpost, Officer Cheung," Captain Johnson ordered. He sat down on the sidewalk and sighed. "I grew up on these streets. My brother Sweet was head of the Temple Grove Street Families. Our gang was split between drug users and real OGs. The Ballas killed my brother and my mom. I barely knew my father - he died after my sister Kendl was born. Then Tenpenny frames me for murder after I return from the capital. Then, I have to do jobs for Triads all over San Andreas. Now, I return home to find M4A1 USA in total chaos."

"Hey," started Rathma as he drank a bit of blood as he sat down next to Johnson. "Don't feel bad about yourself," Rathma started as he sat down next to Johnson. "We all had something bad happened to us. I mean, I was part of a Rebellion on Union before I became part of the Vamperial Order because i wanted to fight for the freedom of Union. That was before I realised that some times, not every colony needs its independence to become itself," Rathma finished. "Now, we got a job to do. How are we going to pull it off?"

"Boys, I'm Captain Johnson. I grew up here and I know the streets better than the rest of my men. While the SWAT is taking care of the rioters down in South Central, we'll look for Officer Tenpenny and Big Smoke. These men are the most despicable, corrupt people in the entire nation. In fact, Tenpenny has a detachment of officers completely loyal to him. Now, if you see any LSPD officers with a patch with a big, red 33 on it, you take them down with either lethal or nonlethal force, depending on the situation. Big Smoke's crack fortress is an old office building located in Idlewood, here on the map. It is fortified against explosives and we don't have any bunker busters on the line, so we'll have to go inside and take down any Ballas we run into. As for my brother Sweet, he'll be in backup in this mission. He drives a green sedan and it'll be parked across the street. Any questions?"

"We can get a squadron of fighter planes off the 45th Convoy Line that runs near this nation. They have bunker buster missiles that can crack open a bunker," started Rathma as Tal Rasha nodded his head. "Depending on the time, we might be able to get in contact. Would that be easier?"

"Not possible. We have a SWAT roadblock down the street and we're trying to fend off hoards of rioters. Chances of friendly fire would be too high. I'll see what I can do to get them out of the area. If we can get them out, I'll see what we can do about the crack fortress. Listen. We have to verify both Tenpenny and Big Smoke, so once the bunker buster goes boom, we check the wreckage site for their corpses. Dismissed."

"You'll need to take the rioters further away if you're to hold them off," started Rathma. "If your road block down the road, you want them to go further because a bunker-buster will generate smoke and dust enough to cover people's eyes," finished Rathma.

"Then that's just what we will do."

"Alright boys, form up defensive positions just outside the block zone of the fort Alpha, take to the roof tops and give us sniper support should we require it," ordered Rathma as the men and the APC's went to defensive positions before they raided the fortress.

"Ready to call in the strike?"

"Alright, call in your boys," replied Rathma. "We're ready to engage the gangster's of this hell hole,"

"All SWAT units in the area, fall back at least 50 feet from the beige office building on the corner of Jackson Street and East 3rd."

"Roger that, sir. But what about the rioters?"

"Our next strike will take care of them. October Niner Two Six, this is Charlie Juliet One-Zero-One. Requesting a bunker buster at the requested coordinates."

"October Niner Two Six to Charlie Juliet, we are coming in with the payload. Hang tight."

The Lynion Assassin's raised their cotton mouth guards about their mouth and put on their sun glasses in order to make sure that no dust or rubble gets into their eyes, nose or mouth. They took cover behind an APC as they waited for the jet to drop its bunker buster bomb.

"October Niner Two Six to all units on the ground, stay clear of the explosion."

A Air Force F-15E Strike Eagle flew over an dropped a GBU-37 laser-guided bomb and soon, the gang fortress was a pile of rubble. The rioters were incapacitated, with dust in their eyes. However, Officer Tenpenny was seen leaving in a civilian car after the dust had cleared.

"Dammit, Tenpenny! Captain Johnson to all units, we have confirmed KIA of Big Smoke but Tenpenny is escaping in a black Lexus sedan headed towards what I think is Koreatown. All units pursue!"

CJ and his company took off in Humvees chasing the Lexus and passing small bands of rioters. The LSPD's cruisers joined the fray.

Rathma climbed into an attack buggy as they sped off. It was much faster than a humvee and it also had a 40 .cal machine gun at the front. Rathma watched as the gunner fired a couple of rounds into the back of the sedan hoping to blast the wheels apart.

"Jango Squad, take two APC's and several attack buggies and flank Tenpenny before he reaches Koreatown," ordered Rathma as he raised his assault rifle and let off a few rounds.

"Get him, boys!"

The National Guard troops unleashed heavy M4 carbine fire on the civilian car, and blew out the back window. Assisted fire blew Tenpenny's tires and he lost control of the car and flew off the freeway into a suburban neighborhood.

Tenpenny, pretty much insane by now, yelled, "Come and get me, boy scouts!"

The Army SUVs and police cars finally cornered him at the end of the intersection of Grove and Temple streets, CJ's old neighborhood. Tenpenny climbed out of the car, wounded by the crash.

"This city is mine! I own it, you hear? OWN IT!"

CJ and the soldiers approached Tenpenny with Desert Eagles and M4 carbines in their hands.

"This man ruined my life. Want to do the honors and finish him off for me, Rathma?"

Actually, Rathma had a sense of honour when it comes to killing someone but not to low lives that ruin over people's lives. Rathma handed his rifle to the driver as he removed his cloak. He was wearing a shirt under his cloak that matched his trousers when it came to uniform. He pulled back his selvees as he picked up Tenpenny by the leg. He nodded to CJ as he drank the last of the blood from his flask and placed his other hand around Tenpenny's neck. His limbs were cybernetic which gave him extra strength but it also made him think about life.

"Sweet dreams Tenpenny," started Rathma before his hand squeeze Tenpenny's neck extremely hard and start to chock him alive. To make sure Tenpenny was dead, Rathma pulled out his sword with the other hand and stabbed Tenpenney through the stomach and pulled it back out.

"Hey everyone," said Officer Cheung. "The National Guard and SWAT has regained control of the city. The Dodgers Stadium is now packed with detained rioters and the Ballas are surrendering."

Dawn began to break and the sun began to shine.

CJ took one last look at Tenpenny before spitting on his corpse and turning around. The man who ruined his life was dead and now he could make a new start. After all, he was only 25.

"I'm hungry, boys. Want to get something to eat at the diner before we have to get back to San Fierro?"

The troops agreed and walked off into the streets of Los Santos. It would be a while before this section of town would be rebuilt, but for now, things were turning out the way they should be.

Epilogue
CJ was given the Congressional Medal of Honor by President Lai. He decided not to receive Tenpenny and Smoke's bounty, as he believed their deaths would suffice. The Lynion troops who aided the USGA forces were given their share in the total $200 million bounty and their leaders were given the Bronze Star by President Lai in the same ceremony as CJ. Los Santos was rebuilt within the year, and relations between the USGA and Lynion were established.

It was over. Rathma threw the body of Tenpenny aside as the city was coming back to order. The gangs were giving up and peace was going to be restored. Tal Rasha and the other Lynion Assassin's gathered together as they nodded their heads together.

"Congulations men," started Tal Rasha with a smile. "You did a bloody hard job and even though we were outnumbered, you did what you were trained for,"

Epilogue

Tal Rasha accepted the bounty and he was given the Bronze Star alongside Rathma. However, the real heroes were the Lynion Assassin's that were on the front line. Tal Rasha planted his Bronze Star on the Cross of the Hell Hounds of Lynion (His unit). It was dedicated to the people that have fallen in the past and to those that were on the frontline. Tal Rasha accepted the bounty that was given to them but had trouble of what to do with the bounty. Even thought the bounty was split up fairly, Rathma still didn't have enough money for the operation for his wife and Tal Rasha eventually helped paid for the operation.

Tal Rasha was nominated for a position on the Leage of Wolves Counicl and Rathma was dedicated as the longest serving commander in the Lynion Forces. For now, the Company was heading home. However, if the National Guard looked inside the school grounds, they find that the Lynion's left behind several boxes of advance (MT Tech) weapons and ammo including Pavllion Rocket Lunachers. When asked about the weapons Tal Rasha said:

"We gave it to a country that needed it more than we did," answered Tal Rasha.
