Any nation could produce nukes, just not massive quanities, the USA didn't have the NS rule population in 1940's 50's 60's 70's or 80's and we've had nukes that long. So yea.. he could have them just not tons of them..that rule is bogus...

Five - Six months. It usually insures that the trolls/kids/immature people do not have access to them because they grow bored.

Some, as Gataway did point out, do have nukes after three months but ICBM's/subs are pretty much limited to those in the +6 month range...meaning you would need to use bombers to deliver your nukes right now.

But DaWoad is right. Enough is enough. Best thing to do is do as I did to Doublewideville.

Use the ignore cannons on Roef...he's going to be a flash in the pan RPer anyway when he finds that no one wishs to RP with an immature person.
