Liberty City, Wolfenhalle

The Department of Defense was at it's normal activities but a strange calm was in the air. The President had order the secret rebuliding of Wolfenhalle's nuclear arsenal. The Office of Strategic Operations was given the task of building the new weapons while the government handled the politics. In a secret meetig of the Federal Assembly, the government voted on repealing the Nuclear Arsenal Ban, with the ban lifted. The government now had the task of secretly deploying the weapons to the forces.

Walkers AFB, Yassia
The airbase which home to the 34th Bomb Wing got it's first delivery of the weapons. The personell knew this was of great secrecy and watched as B61s and other bombs move in the former abandoned bunker. This was going on at every base, once all the weapons were in place. The announcement would be broadcast to the world but until then, it's was a secret.

Liberty City, Wolfenhalle

Trisha was preparing for the speech. This would be the public announcement of the rearmament. The moment was a tense one, this was to be a big speech that would affect foreign policy. Wolfenhalle got rid of it's nukes in the name of peace but now was building them again in the name of peace. The time was now, and she looked into the camera and gave the truth.

Ladies and Gentlemen, as many of you noticed, there have been high activity at bases across this nation. The reason of this activity was secret until now. After watching conflicts where weapons of mass destruction were used, we realized that Wolfenhalle was lacking in a subject of warfare. That why as of yesterday, the Federal Nuclear Arsenal Ban was removed and the Department of Defense was given orders to rearm all strategic forces with nuclear weapons. This decision was made in order better defend our nation and to ensure a safe world. That why we made this tough choice but had no other options that could bring a better outcome. The short speech was simple and to the point, now government needed to prepare for a backlash from the opposition, since they kinda stole their idea.
