His Holiness extends his invitation to All Honoured leaders of THe Republic's world neighbors. He offers any great manner of food and spirits, as well as local entertainment and dancing. He also extends trade negotiations after the ball to any Leader's interested.
Please RSVP by December 1st. Date to Be announced according to His Holiness' schedule.
All invited Parties are allowed one guest, and a small entourage for security purposes of no more than three.
