Regarding: Founding of The holy Empire.
Greetings to all interested parties, we of the Holy Empire have opened our borders and are welcoming all new parties interested in building opening an embassy in our proud capital. All embassies are located within Spire Omega one of our cities finest, we offer one of its many floors to each embassy we only ask that you keep gaurds to a maximum of 20. Each floor has meeting rooms, as well as quarters for a staff of 60.

The Holy Empire of Collriga Titanicus was begot from simple origins as The Brotherhood of the machine, a religoius sect that saw machines as being with souls (note: this fact is still widly argued today as people and AI fight over do the AI's have souls) The church quickly grew popular and many schools/churches were established. As the church grew in size some countries began to worry, they feared that the churchs practice of replacing many body parts was immoral and clashes between more orthodox and conventional churches arose. Many congregations found themselves displaced and found themselves wandering plauged by a great sense of dispair, for while people enjoyed having them around to fix and mechanical problems, once the machines were repaired they found themselves shunned once more. When things seemed the darkest the 28th Lord Artificer awoke claiming visions of a homeland for his people in the untames wilds, There he led them where he founded the city of Mechanicus, The Empires current capital. The Empire grew quickly as displaced members arrived in droves, technology and progress moved quickly as more and more Shines/Labs were opened. Gilded spires rose to the sky and tendrils of the city sank into the earth as the city grew. The Empire became a massive technological wonder as ritual mixed with science soon they opened the borders looking to spread thier ideals with any who would listen.......
