Greetings to all nations!

The citizens of the Free Land of ZapataZulu are a small peaceful people. All we desire it that any nations in the vicinity deemed oppressive leave us and our allies alone. With that said, we will defend our land and the lands of our allies By Any Means Necessary.

Concerning Military:
We do not have a regular military. We do not feel we need one. Our citizens will gladly rise up and take arms, not because they are forced to by tyrants acting in the interests of multinational corporations, but because they are acting in the interests of their farms, families, and freedoms.

Concerning Government:
Our citizens represent themselves in our meetings. Councils are set up based on the Zapatista method of rotating officials to ensure that no one person develops too much power in one aspect of the community. We do not think we can call ourselves true anarchists, but will strive to come to this system (or non-system).

Concerning Trade Agreements:
Our main exports are: Guitars and similar stringed instruments (hand-crafted from various woods from our many sustainable forests), Drums (mostly hand drums like the djembe), AK-47-type assault rifles, Katanas and Machetes, Fruit (Blood Oranges, Mangoes, Green Apples), Vegetables (Potatoes, Celery), Solar Panels, and Windmills.
We would desire trade with nations producing: Sails and Sailboats, Glass, Linux discs, Bamboo goods, bicycles, high quality duct tape, and the type of rubber used to make Superballs.

Concerning Diplomacy:
We would like to set up diplomatic relations with any other country, Socialist, Anarchist, etc. that emphasizes freedom, equality, individualism, and a sense of community within its borders.

However, it is sad that in such world, men with no morals or goals other than their own, insane and unstoppable hunger for power and wealth might endanger the very survival of your achievements in the near future. With this in mind, and with our belief that anarchism and direct democracy must not be restricted to an inner shell of our own nation, we find as our duty as a people to defend all successful revolutions of the world. Also we recommend upgrading your assault rifle, while the Ak-47 is an effective and cheap tool, we will pay for any upgrades to your national defense you request.

We would love to share our techs, and are very interested in creating some kind of network integrating whatever kind of virtual communication your nation uses with ours.

However, we would like to point out are not what would be called a Hispanic nation. We do not consider this offensive. We are comprised of dissidents of African, North+South American, Middle Eastern, and Asian nations, and have a nonsystem of community based upon Zapatista principles and Zulu land management, hence our name. We hope this clears up and confusion in the future.

Concerning the AK-47: While the AK is the main assault rifle of our Citizen's Militia and issued to all households that desire it, we have acquired materials and designs for the Heckler Koch G36 assault rifle, and plan on producing it in larger quantities. There are no real plans on replacing the AK, but the G36 will be used as a supplement in special cases. We are also looking at the AVIR Assault Rifle recently released by DDI and SPMC. If you have any input/recommendations they will be greatly appreciated.

This is just an response to People's Republic of Mokastana the AK-47 may be cheap but it is not effective weapon its accuracy at long range is very poor.

Thanks to the collaboration of the Commonwealth of Land Warfare Cooperatives (http://forums3.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=563839), we are shipping five Militia Divisional packages (http://forums3.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=14069476&postcount=5&highlight=militia) with ordnances and equipment proper for civilian defenses against the fascist threat. Each of them pack state-of-art equipment that will increase drastically the effectiveness of your militias, specially in urban and jungle environments, including the highly accurate RSA battle rifle and FA-65 assault rifle. We hope that this donation may contribute to the sustained success of your people.

Also, we have a great interest to establish cooperative units in your nation, to promote the infrastructural, economical and technological development for the improvement your people. Like in the Confederacy, there shall be no exceptions to our collectivized agricultural system, for aware of the implications, both humanitarian and economical, of releasing the economies of people from worries about basic needs, we manage a fully collectivized agricultural sector among our cooperatives, distributing freely basic foods through our exceeding resources to promote economical prosperity. We have not the words to express our gratitude for the armaments we will receive. We will use them to their full potential against any invaders or oppressors that come to oppose us.
Concerning Agriculture: The people express much interest in your farming methods. We realized we could feed many more people if we diverted the grain for feeding livestock to the human population, then eliminated most meat production entirely, only continuing operations in fishing and poultry.
Concerning Alliance: We will research into the Indian Soviet Commonwealth, and if we find them agreeable (most likely), then a face-to-face meeting would be greatly appreciated.
Concerning Visitation: Due to the complications arising with accommodating the ZenSalaam refugees, I'm afraid a diplomatic visit would be near-impossible. We apologize. When the situation is remedied, however, we will ready our nations facilities for honored and respected guests. We request that any guard or troops that accompany you openly display their arms to eliminate any confusion with anyone unaware of the venture
Concerning The AVIR Assault Rifle: Thanks you for the information concerning Doomingsland, the AVIR and their respective atrocities. An Intelligence Council has amassed documents concerning the conditions of the laborers assigned to produce these infernal devices and we are utterly appalled. As for the AVIR, we would highly recommend it, our marine forces use it and General Leon Turner says it has never failed him so far. If you militias would like more modern hardware I strongly recommend Lyran weaponry, at Lyras Arms.

If you would like, we would be willing to set up a Mokan Military installation on your nation.
