Today the recently formed Department of Population Control made it against the law to have three or more children. They also said that third children will be killed at birth or with an abortion if possible. In addition, once children reach puberty their parents must register them with the state. But what really outraged people was the fact that couples must now be certified to have a child! The Dictator has not yet released a comment on this!

Ralkovia will buy all extra children

The Director of The Department of Population Control (DPC) sat in his huge office reading the mail an assistant had recently dumped on his desk when he noticed a letter of interest.
"That gives me an idea." he mumbled to himself as he picked up his phone and dialed Lord Ragan II's office.
"Hello?"
"Hello Sir. This is Mr. Witt with the DPC."
"Oh yes. how are you today?"
"Very good sir. I had a thought about the third children. What if we didn't kill them. What if we captured them and put them to work? Say as unpaid laborers. We could sell them off to other nations or businesses even! Think of the profits!"
"Hmmm. I like the way you think Mr. Witt! Put it into effect immediatly!"
"Yes sir!" Mr. Witt said as he hung up the phone with an ear to ear grin.

(Well when we play we are playing with pretty much number figures. We are dealing with metaphysical men, just strands of code. While in real life you are dealing with actual soldiers, real people with real friends and family. There is a huge difference between war in here and war in the world. If you took a nationstates gamer and put him in control of a real nations military he would flop and fail.

But getting back to a more nonsensical and less life altering side, maybe fighter4u's revelation of wanting peace will be your peace and reason band wagon)

We understand what your nation is going though and we are willing to help in anyway as long as the children are safe. Why cant you adopt the children into your country? Willing to give the families that want to adopt a child the money to do so.

The professor saw him with the hidden cameras and began ordering all automated defense systems to stand down. Then came the long arduous task of unlocking ALL 35 locks on the door in order to let the man in.

The door opened and five old creepy men with black sunglasses and labcoats surrounded by pregnant and sexy guards with AK 47s stood there.

One gave voice recognition, the other breath, the other, an iris scan and last but not least Madhat's palm print. The door opened to reveal a highly sophisticated laboratory with expensive equipment, most of which was acquired through questionable means (bribing, blackmail, coercion ect).

... 3 hours from Talentain shorlines....

The Raven fleet that was previously dispatched to the region had finally gotten its orers to completely deploy into the area. The SF on board the vessels came to life giving the ships life aside from their auto-pilot modes.

The engines of the vessels burned loudly and powerfully as the course was set to meet up with Fighter4u combnat troops. The streamline design of the Raven arsenal ships let each vessel cut through the water like a hot knife through butter. As the fleet got into formation the fleets weapons came to life using Raven Satellites to target areas of oppertunity in the nation.

Within the Arsenal ships the missile luanching platforms locked in their first vollies of missiles and awaited for their blst doors to open exsposing them to the open air where they would soon luanch forth into the night sky to strike their targets.

... Arriving at the Fighter4u Fleet...

A small group of Orca Attack Dropships finally made it to their destination as they came into view of the Fighter4u fleet. The 4 powerful Scam Jet hover Engines making waves in the water as they came into landing elevations, making steam shoot into the sky. The loud sound of the engines got louder as the heat deflectors came to life allowing the Orcas to land an a ship with suitable features without melting the outer hull.

As the Orcas landed the back hatches opened letting a shower of haze fall out as the Raven SF stormed out and took positions are each ship to give possible cover to each Orca. the last to set out was the SF Commander Anderson..

Special Operations Naval Base:

"Code Red! Incoming enemy warships! Code Red! This is not a drill! I repeat: This is not a drill!" Said sombody over a loud speaker as an alarm ripped through the base!
"God damit whats going on?!" The base Commander screamed as he bursted into the command center after being awoke form his nap.
"Enemy warships are aproaching sir!" Said a cadet whike scurrying past.
"How do we know they are an enemy?!" He said to a nearby MP officer.
"They are warships. They arent supposed to be there. And they are not responding to radio signals!"
"Good god! Alert General Gandly and send out a scout ship. Also take two of the helicopters! Find out why they are here!"

The Sea:
"Attention unidentified warships! You are in restricted waters! What are your intentions?" said one of the helicopters over the loud speaker while hovering over the ships!

The Orcas had only just entered the area when the nation had started sending out scouting parties to investigate. Commander Anderson Motioned up two of his Orca Dropships and motioned them to engage the scout choppers. As the motions came in the SF pilots reacted fast and took to the air like flies, zig zaging around in directions only a dropship could make.

After a moment or two the two Orcas unleashed their massive .60 Cal Quad/8 barrel GAU-88 Valcun Gatling guns upon the two choppers, sending a spray of red hot AP/incendiary bulletstowards their enemy.

The Commander only watched from that point.

Back at the base:
"Mayday mayday mayday! We're g..." Came over the radio.
"Fuck! They shot down the choppers!" Screamed a radio operator as he ripped of his headgear.
"What?!.....Send out all available ships! Alert Lord Ragan II and get the other near by bases to send out ships and troops. I want those people at the bottom of the ocean! Is that clear! And start shooting missiles at them!" The commander screamed as loud as he could without hurting his throut!
"Fire missile 4!" A squad leader said into his radio headset.
A few moments later a robotic voice said:
"Please stand by for a Dolphin class missile launch! Launch in 30 seconds!"
the countdown finished and an anti ship missile was launched into the air.

Lord Ragan II's office:
"sir! We have just received news that a naval base was attacked moments ago by Fighter4u and Raven Corps warships!" Said an aid as he put a file on Lord Ragan's desk.
"Round up any and all citizens from those nations. Arrest every last one of those traitors. Prepare the firing squads and news crews. The idiots that did this will now watch their citizens die! Also declare war on them. Send bobmers to that location and sink the warships!" Lord Ragan II said while clearly trying to control his anger.

The ralkovian submarines had already been in the region practicing drills and procedures. The attack subs were heavily armed and the SSBN had nuclear weapons that could be fired if push came to shove.

"This is Wolf Commander Isaac Voles, can I get a confirmation of a secure signal," he said directing it to the nearest F4U ship in the region.

They have been officialy repealed and all third children are safe with their families. Lord Witt sat in his big office that ovelooked the capitol of Talentay and thught about what a mess the old dictator had left for him. Lord Ragan II had lied about Lord Witt's part in the new laws. Lord Witt thought about how he had fought so hard against them and how he wished it were not too late for peace. He sighed and pushed a green button under his desk. An aid entered.
"Yes sir?"
"Prepare a peace offering for the supposed enemies. I don't know what just find somthing decent."
"Yes sir."

Out at sea:

A military tug boat was slowly making its way towards the hostile fleet while flying a white flag high over Talentay's Flag. One of the crew members of the boat was running about wildly, saying prayers, and talking to himself. The captain picked up his megaphone.
"We come in peace! Please don't shoot! We come bearing peace offerings!" The captain said as his voice cracked and he said a quick prayer.

Meanwhile in one of Talentay's citys.

A group of children dressed in rags makes their way into the city, bushing past cheering people and crowds danceing in the street screaming things like. "The Laws are Over" and such. Each child split up into the crowd unoticed by the cheering people. Each one muttered a slient prayer before dropping the deadman's trigger to the C4 attached to them, under the rags to the floor. The Entire block of people vanish in a flash of fire and blood.

IC:

The fighter4u fleet had not been idly sitting by on the shoreline of the Talenty waiting for The Raven Corps to show up. They had setted up into a defensive group with the carrier in the middle of 50+ odd ships to provide the best protection agaisnt enemy missiles. Fighter4u naval fleet was ready for action and when The Raven Corps fleet came into view forming what was clearly a offensive posture the fleet came awake within minutes and it defensive misslies fired against the incoming enemy vampires. These bombs of fire rocked the air surrounding the fleet as they sucked the air out of the night sky. The few misslies that didn't get destoryed by the layers of short range guns hit the first and second line of defense. Costing the fleet three curisers,eight corvets and two frigates and damage a light battleship and four destoryers. But for all this damage the fleet barely noticed as they lanched their own volley of misslies in return. Nearly a thousand misslies packed with sea mines. They were more or less harmless if they hit a ship beside for the rocket fuel that would blown up and punch a hole in your ship. And if you shot down the missile you should kill the mines inside. But most were program to drop harmless into the sea and break up when they contacted salt water and have their payload become active. Due to the IDF of the seamines they would only go off when they came in contact with enemy ships. Now the enemy fleet would be forced to watch out for floating bombs that were targetted to hit their bows with the help of their small engines. To back up the threat nearly a thousand decoys were lanched with the misslies to help increase the mines chances of living. Mainly those this was to eat up The Raven Corp misslie reserves. Right after the enemy lanched their counter measures,shells from 8 inches to 16 inches were fired at the enemy fleet. Their aiming systems made sure each shot counted and they aimed for the super structure of each ship. With thousands of shells pouring into the fleet from a 180 degree postion over the ship it ment that misslies would failed at stopping more then one or two rounds while AA guns would become useless.

As the chaos from above happened. Eleven nulear submarines that arrived hours before hand and have so far been quietly staying under the fleet(hiding behind the rears of six frigates(making it seen as those the sub and ship were one bigger ship on radar)) slienty dropped downways and fired their torpedoes that were aimed for the bigger ships of the Raven Fleet with three torpedoes for each ship. In total 14 of The Raven biggest ships were targetted with these wire guided torpedoes(immune to decoys and the likes). Then two harpoons(22 in total) were fired and they lifted up from the subs and processed to attack lifting or badly damaged ships.

If the Raven Corps wanted a battle. Fighter4u would give them a battle.

The Fighter4u fleet quickly linked up with The Raven Corps fleet and started to bomb the shoreline with 8 to 16 inches shells as their aircraft took off from the carrier and bombed the enemy aircraft and airfields. Fighter4u had 350,000 men that would invade soon after the intense shelling was over.

OOC: Sorry for the real short post. Can you post the next one with you having lanched a ground invasion and state that my troops have invaded also? Thanks alot.

"Mayda mayay mayday! This is The bse cmander at The Special Opertions Naval Base. We are under attck. Taking heav.....fire.....Enem....troops....all over. Everybo....dead....." Was the last friendly transmission ever to be heard from the coast. It was the base commander who had sent out the message. He was surly dead by now though.

Emergency Council Meeting:
"We have to implement it now if it is too have any hope of working!" General Gandly barked at the President Witt, "We have tried peace! They are animals who do not want peace now is the time to act! I understand you have doubts about the plan but the public safety risk will be even greater if we do nothing...or god forbid.......surrender." The last word sent a shiver down the General's spine. The Emergency Council was discussing weather or not to implement an experimental plan that was being developed under Lord Ragan II.
"Fine. Do it. I don't know anything about it. Do I make myself clear?" President Witt said slowly after a good three minutes of having his head down on the table.

Talentay's Coast:
Suddenly the Talentay Coast which had no life whatsoever on it by now was lit up once more with even more explosions that were happening all over the coast. The explosions were not from the invaders but from The Talentay Military itself. They were bombing their own coast line. Anybody who set foot on the coast after the bombing was over would find themselves with a severe case of radiation poisoning. The government knew they couldnt let the invaders even reach the land alive so they did what they could. which was burry landmines on the beaches, dump radioactive waste everywhere, and explode biochemical weapons. The beaches were to become a dead zone. Anybody who went in.....would die.

AS the Fighter4u fleet ceased its bombardment of the coastline, new explosions came to life acrossed the coast. The SF troopers stood in formation... lifeless and uncaring to the impending danger to their own lives. Recon teams on the deck of the closest ship could get readings of Radiation even from their far back location.

The Commander of the SF troopers in the area was alerted to the current situation...

" Commander... Talentaian Forces hav begun impelmenting a scorched earth retaliation. Current landing zones are at current highly irradiated, and would present a minimal survival for allied units. Alternate landing zones have been confirmed in further inland. Possible anti-air is present along with groundforces including armor." reported an SF trooper as he stood still in his full armor covering head to toe.

The Commander nodded and dissmissed the Trooper to speak to the Fighter4u Fleet Commander.

" It would appearthat they are bent on fighting till the very end. Such tactics will lead your men into extremely dangerous situations. I hope your men are fearless, because the days ahead will be full of danger. I can provide minimal NBC protection for your troops, mine will be protected but your may have a problem once they enter the radiation. But aside from the first landing zone my men have located a secondary landing zone that would be placed behind the radiation zone but in in a heavily fortified position. I will let you make the call."
