Regarding: Justification for the expansion of the Empire.

By decree of his Majesty, Emperor Nicholas, the Holy Empire of the Geschke Dynasty shall stretch out its hand to those countries of the region of Catlandatopia. Those whose governments have all but ceased to exist because of war, economic strains and general lethargy in matters of state, whose citizens are left to their fates to suffer under anarchy and destructive civil war.

Therefore, the Holy Empire of the Geschke Dynasty shall make its duty clear to extend its hand out to the people of its regional brothers and sisters. Among those whose governments are collapsed includes but is not limited to: The Kingdom of Chumpions, the Jingoistic States of Babdah, and the Borderlands of Central Phoenix.

His Majesty, benevolent and wise, has therefore seen fit to restore order to these poor, downtrodden territories. However, being an open minded country, the Empire shall react to all objections with quiet dignity and grace.

We of the Holy brotherhood of the Machine humbly endorse your plans. We have no problem with your expansion into these areas, We only ask that you leave our pilgrims to roam freely as they already are. We have already sent our pilgrims into the area in an attempt to spread our glorious ideals to the otherwise ignorant peoples in these regions and currently have no way to recall all of them. We care only for the health and safety of those who have joined us in worship of the machine spirits.

His Majesty states he appreciates being told of your people's settlement's in our region before some grave misunderstanding could occur. His Majesty also states that our people will respect the Holy Brotherhood and its canonocity, so long as there will be no religious conflict between the Brotherhood and the Orthodox Church.

The Geschke Dynasty had one major problem standing in the way of their expansion into the Kingdom of Chumpions, the Jingoistic States of Babdah, and the Borderlands of Central Phoenix... the Red Tide Mafia.

The RTM was actually a mix of an organized criminal group and a stateless army. In all three of the aforementioned nations, the Red Tide Mafia had moved in and began profiting from the chaos. Selling weapons, ammunition, and drugs to the various warlords that were now vying for control. The result was that civil wars that would have been fought with nothing more then assault rifles and RPGs were now being fought with armored fighting vehicles, jet fighters, and heavy artillery pieces.

Even worse was the Red Tide Mafia would stake out its own territory in the fighting, usually a decently resource rich-area, and use that territory as a base of operations and as a neutral zone for buyers. The resources in the area were exploited and sold on both the black market and the legitimate market(via legitimate business fronts). The RTM's law in these territories were harsh, even though they brought a semblance of order and civility.

The RTM was not likely to leave The Geschke Dynasty's claimed territor peacefully, either.
